The entire drive thru entrance is blocked off, all because the grinch meal sold out…
You block your entire drive thru, yet 2 cars are in the drive thru at the pay window… im really disappointed to me that tells me they don’t want to even be there or do their jobs

I did notice that sometimes it seemed like some employees weren’t taking their food preparation roles as seriously as they should. I think it’s important for everyone working in the kitchen to remember that customers rely on them for quality and care. If the roles were reversed, I’m sure they’d want their food made properly and with attention, too.
I always get something to eat like around one in the morning and I don't understand why they don't serve fresh French fries. It's like there's nobody in line that you guys can't make decent Fries or sandwiches. Instead I get serve old fries that sit there for a couple of hours or minutes!,seriously the manager needs to rotate people!!!

Place was alright like a few months ago, now it has completely gone down hill. Looks like they have a whole new crew and honestly, very bad job management. These people are so incompetent and by the way don’t even speak English while working the window. Extremely rude and unprofessional workers. Takes 30 minutes to get one meal at 5am when nobody is there. And then the food was cold. Won’t be coming back

I ordered one freaking item and when I got home it was the wrong sandwich and it was a cheaper one they gave me than what I paid for. The hash brown is half the size it was three years ago last time I made the mistake of going to McDonald’s. Orange juice was like 1.50 upcharge and also smaller than ever. 8.50 for literally a few bites of food and a few gulps of juice. NEVER AGAIN

Today 06/08/2025 my son and I went to eat at 3pm, the service was good, the attention too but it was infested with flies, in the children's play area we couldn't eat, there were easily 15 or 20 flies and we changed area, there was a wall with glass separating the areas and it was almost the same as 6 flies swarming around us, we decided to eat at home, do something because that is disgusting
