I don't write negative reviews really, but this... needs to be said. The service here is OK. With that said, almost every time I order here my order is incorrect, or things are missing. I once asked for no pickles on a Big Mac... well it still had the pickles, but no cheese??? I asked for nuggets with BBQ and got Ranch. I asked for a sausage and egg biscuit and to add cheese, no cheese was on it even though I was charged. I ordered a double quarter pounder and nuggets, and got 2 single quarter pounders with no nuggets in the bag??? Another time, my order was actually correct but they didn't give me ANY straws... to say I'm done with this place is an understatement. I got sick of calling them to fix my order. I get that the service industry can be stressful... but to have employees make SO MANY mistakes is clearly a management issue. Don't go to this location, go elsewhere!

I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins i.e. english muffins, and I got 2 biscuits instead english muffin sandwiches. And the didn't say they were out if english muffins! I ended up giving that breakfast to my dog because it was gross!!

Oh I hate this McDonalds! Don’t go to this location! It’s always dirty. Nothing is ever clean! My family always has to wipe the table ourselves! The last time I went I had to wait for the cashier to finish her conversation (in Spanish) with another employee before I could give my order! Then as I was waiting for my order they all were making LOUD jokes (in Spanish) it’s just not ok to do that with a customer in front of you.Very un-classy!

One thing I wouldn’t recommend McDonald’s to anyone ,there food is made in such bad ways but I mean it is a good place for people with little money but ,this place shouldn’t be a place to go all the time the people are so nice but like the food is so unhealthy for everyone but I mean I guess it can be good for those with not much. The good thing about this place is that it’s affordable for people and also the workers there can be able to get a scholarship to go to college ❤️

Took the kids to burnt out some energy. The water cups are gross. The cashiers look lost. But at least its clean.
My order normally comes out wrong and there's always a long wait. The breakfast shift is awesome but the lunch and dinner shift employees don't really seem to care about the people their helping or if the order is correct.
