Do NOT go to the drive thru closest to the building. I pulled up and they asked me to hold & that's not a problem but i waited while the other lane took 3 orders. I had to yell hello for someone to come back on the speaker to even take my order. They need to change the employee who takes the orders for that drive thru. On a better note, the cashier is absolutely exceptional & they were quick to get my order to me. I gave 5 stars because I'm not going to lesson the rest of the staff's effort because of 1 person.

You guys are the worst experience ever. We were the only ones in there no ketchup and the drink fountain was turned off. Called the restaurant called corporate and no response. Horrible customer service

Everyday I stop at this location and get me two breakfast burritos and a sausage egg McMuffin with the hash brown today they forgot one on my burritos and they burned to my hash brown but they all was managed to charge me the right amount come on McDonald's do better this is unacceptable your prices ain't cheap at least get my order right and don't burn my food

Took me and my little boy to get some mcdonald's and go home, went through the drive thru, and as I left, I started checking my order. It was wrong so I had to turn around, drive back to the McDonald's. I went inside and told them that the order was wrong.Then I leave again and drive home and my quarter pounder that I ordered clearly says no onions or cheese, and I open it. No onions but where are the pickles? Had top to bottom full of cheese 🤦♀️ and we're already home. So I'm not driving back again but very not satisfied with the service. Especially after a 2nd time
