They love spending money on the atmosphere of the building. Service is always great, but when everything leaves a greasy taste in your mouth, and it makes you want to take a nap 15 minutes after you eat. Is it really food?

These guys are heroes, the good service at this location made my day on Saturday! I was returning to ABQ from an out of town job, and I had stopped at another restaurant's drive thru. At that restaurant I had a bad experience so I got out of line (several other people did too). So I thought I'd try my favorite McDonalds, this one always has good service and friendly people. When I got to the drive thru, paid and received my order I realized I was charged for a different item than what I ordered. (At the time I thought the total sounded low but maybe it was a special). I told the employee at the window about the mistake and he gave me the item I originally wanted. I asked him if I needed to pay more and he said no. I was so thankful for his kindness! You rock, and everyone here is super amazing!

I usually have good customer service here but I guess asking for a burger with no cheese is too much because someone put pepper in my sandwich. I don’t know if this is always there but it was a lot

Everytime morning I stop by with a friend I always order a hot caramel macchiato. And for some reason it always tastes like straight milk. What is going on? The manager has the nerve to tell me it’s the machine. Yes I know that I worked at McDonald’s not too long ago. But adding extra Carmel is too much to ask for.

McDonalds is the WORST for customer service. It sucks they're the most convenient restaurant around because my hard earned money obviously means nothing to them. This is what happens when you ask for fresh cookies. Mind you, they told me I had to wait 5 minutes before they could box them so they could cool down. I waited 5 minutes. Staff is always rude, never friendly.
The young lady at the counter was polite and asked the right questions (assured that we wouldn't take our to go order and get home to discover something missed or gotten wrong).

One of the workers in the 2nd window was very rude to me last night. I had ordered and was waiting at the second window for my food when the worker says "one" and all I responded was "stall one?"- (what do you expect me to do if all you say is "one"???). After he nodded and said yes, as I drove off to move to the stall I heard him laugh very loudly and call me a pendejo, and I understood what he just called me. I requested to speak to a manager, who was a young kid, he was apathetic but I could tell he didn't take anything I just told him about my experience seriously. When I drove by the second window again the same worker that called me names was mocking and laughing me as i drove by. Someone needs to talk to the nightshift team because they shouldn't treat people like this.

I am so sick of this place every time I go here they tried to be so quick that they forget everything I don't give a damn if you can hand me my drink out the window before I even pull up I prefer my order to be accurate I am so sick of leaving this place without my entire order because somebody in there thinks it's cute to try and throw your order at you as you're driving by you work at McDonald's your job is not that hard
