They dont pay attention to the order. Never correct. Who puts Canadian bacon on a steak egg mcmuffin. No hashbrowns included and was charged for the meal today. 2nd worst mcdonalds Ever

Honestly, after Silver left this store has been on the downward. Lobby is NEVER OPEN. And if we get coffee through the drive Thru it’s either old as hell or made wrong. I usually just go to the one on Harper now since they have an open lobby it’s only a few more minutes away.

My whole meal was a disappointment nugget taste like the smell of cardboard and got bits and end pieces of fries like it was the last batch or something! Called to make a compliant, manager didn't seem to care

Don't go through drive through. You'll only get half of the food you paid for. Then when you go in, the night manager is not sorry. She will fight with you about every item they missed. I gave you extra kid fries - well the reciept says apple slices. They have a couple tables that have changing lights - that's cool.
Food is good. Service is good. But for the love of God turn on your damn heater, nobody who is there for a good time wants to be frozen out of the building. It is getting into our cold months too!

I go to this McDonalds a lot I went through drive thru for my break from work. Only ordered a small iced coffee and a pie. They send me to the last window to wait for my coffee. Ummm ok. So I wait about 2 minutes. I finally saw an employee and asked him to check about my iced coffee. He came back and said they were brewing a new pot of coffee. I asked how much longer do you think it would be. He said 4 minutes. I said I have to wait 4 more minutes from now? He said yes. I asked for the manager, when he came, I told him to wait that long for an iced coffee.. someone should have told me it would be a long wait. I asked for my money back. As he left, another employee came and gave me a small “iced coffee” stating on one had seen her making it. I was just happy to get my coffee and go. As I take a sip.. there was absolutely no coffee in this drink. Only cream and caramel. So then I had to go back and get a refund. Ridiculous!! I will never go back to this McDonald’s again
