Wasent going to post at first but the more I thought about it the more pissed off I was. This happened on 12 11 25 @ about 1:25 pm went to the drive and order a quarter pounder with bacon no garnish, fries and a large sweet tea fairly easy. Get to the first window to pay and she says you have the Big Mac right. No I have the QP/bacon and sweet tea well you said #1 A no I did not her response: Actually you did, switch flipped you've pissed me off you lil snit. Workers should not contradict the customer. You have very poor customer service standards at this location. So I told her to forget the whole thing and left. CRAPPY CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE 😒

Really sucks, went to three other McDonald's prior to this one trying to get my kids the Grinch meal but no luck at all 4 we tried, so had to get them some basic meals, maybe next time kiddos 🥺

This McDonalds frequently gives the Albuquerque special (missing items, wrong food). Today I went in after going all the way home because I decided I wasn't going to let it slide with them forgetting my 'grinch fries'. I asked for them to give me the fries and the extra sauce I paid for, and politely suggested that maybe they could give me some Grinch socks for my trouble. They tell me she has to ask her manager but they probs won't do it because they didn't get many of them, which is just a weak, poorly thought out excuse, but whatever. This grown man manager comes over looking super pissy and gives me the Grinch salt and my sauce, forgetting the fries. I tried correcting him and he snaps at me, saying I didn't mention the fries. Like bruh, what are some medium fries really going to set you back? He gives me my fries, I try to be courteous and polite saying thank you and he walked away in this nebbish pissy little attude, not even acknowledging it. I realize I look lightweight homeless because I'm in my depression era, but they're fries man, no one is trying to hustle you for fries on a 30$ order. Then I got home and my wife tells me they screwed up her burger too.

They are quick, but that’s because they give you a half order of fries every time, even though the container is more than twice as big. Easy to be faster when you skimp. Problem is, they don’t give you what you pay for

The size of the ice cream cone that I received was unacceptable. The ice cream was narrower than the cone and less than 3 inches high above the cone. It could have melted and not spilled over.

We arrived at this location by bike. During this night, pur order was taken. And then the unnamed manager approached. I assured my friend that we should park our bikes and go in before 930pm. At which point they immediately locked the doors for disallowing us to eat at this location. We violated nothing and complied. Ive been through this before and will not tolerate this clear act of unprofessionalism. No context, just an angry man denying me service for. O good reason.

I went in to place an order, 4:10 in the afternoon, to the lobby and the kiosk was off. I tried to talk to the manager to take my order and he told me that the box was closed, to go on the drive line.

I ordered a large coffee to go through the drive thru. When I got to about 2 inches of coffee left I got a mouthful of coffee grounds, this has happened before. Very unpleasant.
