Mobile app order. 3 pies and a Carmel sundae. They don't have the sundae but the app let me order it, well just give me the pies and refund me for the sundea. They say they can't refund me and tell me to get more pies. I don't want more pies, truthfully I don't want those now that I don't have the sundea to go with them but I don't want to miss out on at least one of my treats. Oh our systems are shutting down, come back in 10 minutes and then we can get you the pies 😮💨 Really!?!? Now I'm sitting here telling individuals no to the many requests for spare change, and even had one person ask if I could give them a ride real quick and then bring them back 🤔 I should get a sundea just for the stress. McDonald's you really got to do better darling 😒

I honestly would rate this place a negative 10 oif that option was available. Homeless people around the restaurant is unbelievable. They stand right by the drive thru menu and ask people for money. Staff gets annoyed if you say anything about it. Your staff also never gets my order right.

Extraordinary service with the dangerous clientele they have living in the shadows. The manager has made this location feel much more safer by eliminating some of the panhandling. The food was very fresh and hot off the grill and the fries were great. The help was very quick and accurate.
Parking: Not sure if they are even open for walk in traffic I only use the drive through at this location.
