It clearly states that the restaurant is supposed to be open 24 hours. We ordered through the online app. The online order was placed with no problem. When we got there, they REFUSED to make our order. I was charged for an order that I was told I could not pick up because the employee said they had no food!

I ordered a double quarter pounder and received a regular quarter pounder, I tried to call them to resolve the issue but they don't pick up the phone, they instead hang up the phone to keep it from ringing.
Update: I sumbitted feedback and they called a few days later and offered to replace the whole meal, bumped the review up from a 1 to a 3.

McDonald’s as a franchise never answers the phone. It’s inconvenient. Corporate should look into the issue or eliminate phone numbers in general if staff never answers the phone. I’ve called multiple locations and none of them answered. Terrible service at all Albuquerque locations in general. I’d rather recommend Wendy’s any other fast food location than McDonald’s. Sloppy business in this state

The entire time here I was stared at by a bunch of homeless people in the store there was like of them overdosing and just loitering around the store do better McDonald's we don't feel safe eating inside here a few offered drugs and asked for money avoid this place if you have to go inside don't

I had a problem with my order and I got no help from the manager. She couldn't even understand me because she barely spoke English and I don't speak Spanish. It was just very frustrating.

Rude staff! Very slow service! I ordered a chocolate shake and I was waiting for 10 minutes. They were rude to me and helped another customer who was behind me. Once they brought the drink out they threw the straw at me.

i went through the drive thru just ordered a large sprite extra ice pulled up the employee tanya came to the window could barely hear her voice , i gaveca $20 bill cash , she gave me a bad of food , i said im sorry i just had the drink , she got mad at me and yelled at me and said didnt you hear me dammit , i told you the order i said i could barely hear you , im sorry , tanya said why dont you get your order right , i said i just ordered a large drink thats all , she tried to blame me for there mistake , yelled at me and they didnt even have my large drink order on the screen , then tanya just left i was in tye drive thru wondering whats going on , this other young lady came to the window after 5 mins , i told her can i just have a refund plz , for my $20 bill i gave tanya , took over 5 mins to get my refund then they short changed me, gave me some 5$ dollar bills some $1 bills and some coins , shorted me , i told the young lady i gave you a $20 bill , whats this , by the time i counted it , i was so long waiting here i just left , so i need to get a hold of the franchise owners to let them know how i was treated , for this employee mistake tonight , 0 stars , disgusting customer service , and trash parking lot with plenty of transits asking for money in the drive thru , with there signs near your vehicle , no security , bad service just awful
