Most of the employees are nice but the management is terrible. And they didn't have the food for my entire mobile order but refused a refund and were extremely rude when asking for assistance. The customer service is terrible.

Congratulations on assembling an entire staff intent on destroying the customer experience. If you do go use the drive through as they have to attend to you because until you drive off they cannot rip off the people behind you. If you go inside, well GOOD luck!

On multiple occasions they have forgot an item in my order. I typically am only ordering 2 or 3 things so this is very frustrating. Line is often fairly long so its definitely not worth driving back by the time I realize.

Came here on a visit during a trip and when I came inside, I notice they had the heat off and that it was blowing cold air. Mind you, it's February and it's 26 degrees outside. When I asked why the heat wasn't on, they said it was because of the homeless. I told them that I will be reporting them to corporate and to NM Food Inspectors because they refuse to heat the building for paying customers. It's unacceptable that it's 2025 and corporations like McDonald's want to have their air blowing just because they don't want "homeless".

I work right near here and used to always get my coffee and a small meal from here. Over the last few months this McDonald’s has been getting worse and worse. If you actually need to pay at the counter good luck getting someone to help you out without standing there for at least 5mins. The wait time to get food/drinks is ridiculous, just the other day I saw 3 people get refunds cause of the wait time and one of the guys was just waiting on a coffee, they should have seen that and made the drink real quick, but I honestly don’t think they know what they’re doing there, even the managers are clueless. I’m all for helping out anyone but not knowing English isn’t okay I shouldn’t need to bring out google translate just to find out about my order from an American fast food restaurant, if I went to a Mexican food place or other ethnicity I wouldn’t mind. The wait times at the McDonald’s is insane might as well go to sit down restaurant it’ll take about the same amount of time and at least the restaurant will have better food
