I ordered an oatmeal with extra cream. I didn’t get any cream at all. It’s was around 7 am on 3/19-2025. They are not answering their phone at all. I have tried 20 times. I want a call back from a manager. 505-377-3788. Please. I’m not. Happy camper.

I recently went over there, some stuff they didn't have which I understand, I ordered 2 chocolate Sundays and a caramel Sunday, and a shamrock shake, they didn't even give me napkins, or a drink tray, they only gave me a spoon one spoon, so I knocked on the window, they looked at me a couple times then finally got to me, didn't even say anything, I had to ask for a drink tray and napkins, then I left, who doesn't give a person with icecreams and a drink no tray? And or napkins, plus, one of the tops came loose I'm not happy with this at all.

I am very disappointed with the service I received today! I ordered a sweet tea in drive thru. I immediately did the taste test to make sure it’s sweet. Unfortunately it’s NOT! I asked politely for SWEET TEA again. I get the drink back and it’s NOT SWEET! Trying not to be inconsiderate to others in the drive thru, I pull around to the front and I walk in and ask again. The manager on duty informs me, “I put a sugar in it and gave it back.” I let her know how disappointed I was in the product and it is not sweet at all! I asked if they do not have sweet tea available then please refund my money back. She handed me $1.75 and walked away. RIDICULOUS!

Food was ok, not as good as usual. Took a long time to get my mobile order with 3 cars in front of me. The street people walking around the car were a bit disconcerting.

Completely SORRY! How you place a mobile order and you can physically read what the person ordered and still mess it up? Got all the way home and these cornballs gave me a Bacon quarter pounder with NO bacon. Ha. Make that make sense

I only go to this McDonald's once a month. And each time they leave you standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. All their effort goes to the drive-thru. It's like it bothers them that you are there to spend your money. McDonald's is not what it used to be. But I guess everything is not like it used to be. I will not be going there again.

I like my food fresh & warm. I ordered chicken nuggets that were cold and had been sitting for some time. At least my fries were fresh because I asked for “no salt”. I order via the app because it’s easier and like the rewards but the customize option is limited. I will no longer use the app and will request my food to be cooked fresh. If not satisfactory, then I don’t want it. This seems to be the trend these days at restaurants. When I worked fast food, I put all my pride in the job and made sure my customers were happy. That doesn’t exist anymore and people don’t care. For this reason, I am discouraged to eat at restaurants because I’m 99% certain I will be let down 🙄 by the quality of the food or service.

Rude employees, they kept getting my order wrong and refused to fix it. Waited over 20 minutes. Manager at this location is no help. AVOID this location. It is the worst!!!!

Food Poison! Got sick as can be after eating here. Just got back from out of town where my wife and I shared every meal. Ate here alone, and an hour later couldn't even stand up. Lasted 3 days. They offered a "refund". It was insulting to the injury. 👎🏼 NO

I ordered on the mobile app. When I showed up at the drive thru. There was a very long line and it was moving very slow. After about 45 minutes. I got to the window and I was handed the wrong order. I told the employee and the told me to hold on. Ten minutes later a manager opened up the window and rudely told me to pull forward and wait for my food. I told her that she was rude and I should not have to wait as long as I did for a mobile order. After all Mc Donald’s advertised to save time to order on the app. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order. The manager said ok. 48 hours later my account was charged for the order. This is the worst service. It turns out they lost my my food and still charged me. I tried to call the store and the number has been disconnected. WOW. I can’t even get my money back for food I did not get. I do believe that is called theft.

I know I should’ve posted this awhile but I want this to get fixed. I don’t always go to this McDonalds but usually when I go, I always have a good experience except for this time. On November 8th, I put a mobile order and I went to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, everything went good until I pulled up into the second window. The one who was attending me made me feel uncomfortable due to the fact that he was flirting with me. He asked for my Snapchat and/or Facebook. I said no just to be nice but it made me feel so uncomfortable just him leaning more against the window to interact with me. When my order wasn’t ready yet he asked me to wait in column one. I obviously understood because when I got there, there was a line. I had to wait for like 15-20 minutes which made me anxious. I had to call my partner to tell him about it that way I can calm down. While I was on the phone, I was hoping that the same person who attended me wasn’t going to bring it to me. I thought wrong. A few minutes later, that same person came with my order and leaned in more onto the window. Once I got my order, he said something but I don’t recall what it was. I just grabbed my food and drove off. I got so much anxiety after that. Once I dropped off the food for my little brother, I headed straight to my partners house to feel better. Since then, I don’t feel like going back to this McDonalds. It has made me feel uncomfortable due to that situation. I would go back, but I don’t want to feel uncomfortable once again. Instead of the employee’s flirting, they should focus on getting the orders out. I don’t want every woman to feel the way I felt. Once this issue is fixed, I will return

I just paid $10 for the hardest, oldest steak, egg and cheese bagel of my life. I cannot even bite into the bagel. That’s how hard it is.. I went to google to find the phone number and they don’t have one. It’s already bad enough. McDonald’s is not healthy in anyway they have the audacity to sell Old food..
