This McDonald’s has been noticeably worse since around August 2025. Missing items, wrong items, and a huge decline in quality. It’s a waste of money to go here if you know the food is going to be ice cold and gross. This used to be a good location. Also there are aggressive homeless people that hang out there all day every day.

The Infinite Enigma
Warning! This is the worst McDonald’s restaurant in the entire city of Albuquerque. Around 4:30 pm on October 15, 2025, all I was trying to do was order a free medium, french fries with a purchase of a large coke and with full wi-fi, their app remained dysfunctional. I kept trying and trying to get the code, but it wouldn’t load. So I ended up holding the line and the manager with a security guard threatened for me to leave because it’s private property and I was trespassing. He even threatened to detain me with handcuffs while in my vehicle while he called APD.
How exactly, am I trespassing if I am attempting to order food? Aren’t I a customer? I will be filling out a NMDOJ Consumer Rights Division complaint form and sending it to Santa Fe. Apparently, you can be arrested these days for simply trying to order food. This country has gone MAD.
9:37pm. Placed order and when I reach they say they are closing early today. Like what?? And now I have to contact mc Donald’s to get a refund.

Okay mcdonald's ice-cream being broken is a meme at this point but they didn't have sprite or root beer and when asked what non caffinated options they had they suggested coke,which is a caffinated drink
