As I write this review I sit here waiting for my food going on 20 minutes now that I ordered in the app about 8 minutes before my arrival. I don't understand what is going on at this location and why the service is so terrible? Currently sitting in one of the spots they send you to when your order is not ready while my 2-year-old cries because he thinks we're not getting our food. Wasn't the point of the app and mobile ordering to expedite and make this process easier? Ugh this one sucks.

This McDonalds has a play place. It is the only McDonald’s with a play place in the area. The play place is a really good one too.
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options at McDonald’s are limited to fries and deserts.
Dietary restrictions: McDonald’s lists all their ingredients on the app. I have two children with food allergies and we have never had problems with cross contamination.
Parking: McDonald’s has its own parking lot. It is not very large and can fill up during busy times.
Kid-friendliness: This is the most kid friendly McDonald’s in the area because it has a play place.

Customer service was horrible they didn't even attempt to pay attention to what I ordered, order was incorrect as well 5 people got their orders before I did that had come after me. Looked like an interview was going on across the way with a child climbing all over the interviewer. With shoes on the table next to the possible employee I really hope he gets the job, how unprofessional. Food tasted like it sat in the warmer and order was still wrong.

You know how bad the service must be to motivate me to leave a one star review at McDonald's. Every time I come here the order is wrong, it takes 15 min for a curbside, stale fries.

I frequent this location for breakfast. Although my past visits have provided GREAT service, today the food and service were TERRIBLE. According to the information on the door, the dining room should have been open, it wasn't, forcing me to use the drive through. When I opened my breakfast sandwich, the english muffin was hard and the egg was in several pieces. If I hadn't already left, I would have requested a replacement sandwich. Not the quality I'm used to!
