Employees are ok but seem not to care ,blame management, all starts with them,always speaking Spanish no English.

Never had a bad experience here until today, ordered food inside on their little kiosk at 5:58, however did not recieve the food until 6:45! Notice after about 30 minutes it was taking a long time so went to check if my order went through and noticed my order was not on their screen, waited in line at the cash register for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, not even a be with you shortly remark, as someone who currently works in the food service industry that’s ridiculous. Also had at least 6-7 employees and the lobby had about 6 tables with people 4 of which already had their food. One worker even walked right passed us to push the button to open the bathroom door, and when I finally recieved my food, a happy meal and a chicken sandwhich, there were no fries! Went up to get some and no acknowledgment or apologies just rude service. If you don’t like your job quit! Regardless you are paid to do a job you signed up for. Stop making your customers uncomfortable because you hate your job.

I had a horrible experience. Today was thanksgiving day we had ordered through the mobile app and when we got there we were greeted like usual. But then a few minutes go by and the screens go black and they no longer answer. We went around the building to see if we could pick up our order inside. We all of a sudden the two female workers were seen outside yelling “we’re closed!!” In a mocking way. They kept laughing and saying “they don’t realize we’re closed”. And of course we didn’t realize they were closed because online the hours stated they were open. But all they could have done was let us know through the speakers that they were closed. That’s all they had to do. I hope they get they’re act together.

Got food from the drive thru here before, and never had issues until tonight (9:50 pm). Got the wrong sauces I ordered, and when I called to have it resolved, I was hung up on. I called again and asked for a manager, and it turns out the manager was the one who hung up on me the first time, and she hung up on me again. Extremely unprofessional.

Old white lady working window 11/7 around noon needs a new job or a better attitude. Grumpy because she’s working a drive thru window at her old age.

Everything about my experience here was awful the food tastes of old the workers were rude I got some chicken strips they were literally so old that I couldn't even buy it through them it was like trying to tear a piece of beef jerky I will never ever order those again

Changed my review to negative. A message to upper management. Please come to this location and watch ur establishment its going down real bad! Fly infestation inside and real bad service. I was there today from 2:20 pm till 3:00 pm. It took them 35 mins to get my food and it was cold food at that. I was not the only one getting bad service.please don't let this place go down I've been coming here for 20 years.

I love this locations day shift. The manager is extremely nice and courteous and the food is always great!
