He can't even get the order right at the drive thru. I repeated the order four times and still didn't get it right and told me to pull up to the window. Then the manager came out and still didn't get the order right. Definitely, need to get new management there to help out with that.

Nick from the Alameda store is truly one of the coolest, kindest, most understanding dudes ever. I had a couple of special circumstances with my Autistic family member, and not only was he accommodating, he was kind about it. For him to be that cool after dealing with the public all day was truly impressive, and it made me and my family member very happy. Give this kid a raise!!! Thank you Nick!!!!!!

Buyer beware never order your McFlurry, ice cream or shake from here. Always giving a half ass lie saying ice cream is out of inventory, too lazy of workers to actually make it and clean the machine or manager not doing there job and having everything in inventory.

I went to this McDonald's and they give me food that was at least two days old. Pissed me off because I should've checked everything before driving all the way home, opening what I ordered and then looking at the garbage that I payed for. Management did a awful job in making the situation right by saying nothing at all. I got a full refund and will never return to this location, ever, at all ever again. This place sucks!!

I visited this location for breakfast. Unfortunately, the counter attendant didn't understand my order, or didn't care. After repeating it a number of times, several things were wrong with my order, but I didn't bring it to their attention. I just wanted to enjoy my meal. It appeared that he may have made mistakes on other orders as well. As usual, the food and environment was up to McDonald's quality.
