I visited this location for breakfast. Unfortunately, the counter attendant didn't understand my order, or didn't care. After repeating it a number of times, several things were wrong with my order, but I didn't bring it to their attention. I just wanted to enjoy my meal. It appeared that he may have made mistakes on other orders as well. As usual, the food and environment was up to McDonald's quality.

Isabel is awesome! I had been on the hunt for the elusive blue croc toy and I was sad that I couldn't find it. I finally got the bright idea to call the McDonald's on Alameda and Coors and they had one! Isabel put it on hold for me and I was able to get it. Thank you sooooo much for your awesomeness! Just ordered 2 strawberry banana smoothies, received them right away at the drive-thru & it was so good!
Use the app! Especially for breakfast. There is an ongoing deal for a $1 breakfast sandwich, instead of the >$4 they usually cost. Quick easy breakfast.

Rude customer service asked for a certain collector cup and they said no. The McDonald’s in bernalillo had no issue looking for the cups. The manager barely spoke English, no other customers waiting just me.

I don't like fast food but as far as fast food goes, I rated this pretty high because it's a clean restraint, clean restrooms, food is as expected, and service has always been very good.
McDonalds house is a great donation opportunity so my advice for their corporate management is to create better awareness around that

It was quite and slow the staff never tried to make us aware of any specials that we're going on at the time the 5 dollar combo they ended up getting charged like 25.00 for 3 5 dollar combo. That's why I rated it low.
