Placed mobile order I received a notification your food is on the way 5 minutes later I have to call the restaurant to ask where my food is and the lady on the other end of the phone that says they don't have a mobile order a nice young man came out with my order and said he just got there but it was sitting under a heat lamp I was waiting at that curbside assigned spot the entire time why was it under a heat lamp very disappointing won't be returning to this location

Ordered here twice recently. They keep forgetting the apple pie and they didn't give me the large fry I asked for. What are they doing?? Wouldn't reccommend.

Ordered from this place three times this past year and every time there was missing items and fry’s were also half full every time I don’t know if they got new management that have zero idea on how to do there job

The lights are off at 12am including the menu i pass by and there’s employees at the window having a conversation with someone standing in drive through i asked for a smoothie i was told they will not be doing smoothies when I asked why i was told because they dont want to clean smoothie machine i inconvenienced myself and said i can wait for it to be cleaned very rudely was told they dont want too i dont understand why not if the mcdonalds is open 24 hours maybe keep the lights on so we are aware you are open

If I could give zero stars I would me and my family come almost everyday for coffee and it not once has our order been right and staff is rude telling customers that if they don't like it they don't have to drink it and shushing others at the counter is extremely unprofessional and rude the only helpful person was the nice young man up front.
