I used to love coming to this location. I never had any issues up till I moved back in the area and started going back. I have placed a mobile order 3 times in the past week and all 3 times I went inside to pick up my order and ended up waiting 12 minutes to receive my order. I order simple single items like coffee or sometimes ill throw in a cookie or a hash brown. People come inside and are ordering their food at the counter and receiving their orders almost immediately while I am standing there waiting for a freaking coffee. Once I do receive my coffee, it is cold almost every time.
While I am standing there waiting I am watching what goes on behind the counters and I have to say the employees are really lazy. They will see you standing at the counter ready to order and they dont help you. You will be standing at the register for almost 10 minutes before you are finally helped out. There are orders to be filled and things to be done and nobody does anything till you either say something or one of the managers does something. Also, the amount of times I have been inside with my kid to let him play in the play area, there is always some homeless people in there. Why in the kids play area is my question? Why is that allowed? There is other seating. I used to bring my nephew here 10yrs ago and never had such issues. I am really displeased and disappointed with this location nowadays. I will not be returning for a good while or not at all.

Lane is a HORRIBLE GM, afraid of disclosing his name for starters, horrible customer service. I got an order displeased with.
He did nothing but hide behind the curtain like the a wizard. He never even addressed what my concerns were. Never disclosed his full name. Arguing more over that than anything.You represent that store don’t you?
Take action and do so
Don’t hide!!!!

Use to love it but now i come in the am never had a problem for 2 years and they usually take my order but now when i come they choose when to be open in the am.

I put a mobile order and so did my mom. Curbside was closed so we had to go through the drive thru. I was told they can only take one order and I had to drive back around even though we placed our orders ahead of time and paid for both.

I’m really disappointed with my order today! The fries weren’t even filled both containers were barely halfway full. On top of that, the chicken sandwich I paid extra for was supposed to be a deluxe, but what I got was a sad, thrown-together sandwich with barely any toppings. The bacon was just tossed on, the lettuce was scarce, and the whole thing looked nothing like what I ordered.

this is unacceptable. I expect the food to at least match what’s advertised. This was a complete letdown and definitely not worth it.

Seriously,
If they're paying these employees minimum wage, they're over paying them!
I had a simple order and they couldn't even get it right, not once, but 3 times!
I asked to talk to a manager thru the drive thru window and out comes a lady looking at me like I was crazy.
3 breakfast biscuits I ordered and they couldn't figure out the order!
Ridiculous!

I have been eating here for 50 years but really- my fries tasted like you cooked it at noon and served it at 8pm when I ordered it. Fries were super stale. Tasted recooked and stale. Disappointing. Do better. I work hard for a tiny amount of $$ and I would like food that is hot and fresh.

They never give accurate sauce amounts... 3 for 20 chicken nuggets? Really? Also, their food was so hot it burned my mouth and they never give us napkins. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference.

Ordered online 10 min before breakfast closed becuase i knew I would get there close to the cutoff. When I got there they just told me too bad, it was 2 minutes after the cutoff. I don’t understand why they don’t make the order when you place it. They always wait till you show up and it’s a real problem because ordingonline takes longer here than ordering in person

Didn’t even refund my order.

Overall this is a below avg McDonald’s outside of this incident. Slower than avg but food is par.

every time i ask for EXTRA pickles and EXTRA mayo on my hot n spicy they dont put ANY. but the people at the window are nice
