I am hoping the owner reads the comments on here. We took our kids to this location, and they each have their own apps and their own money. As we drove up, the workers were in the lobby, laughing that they had locked the doors and that the lobby was closed. There were about six workers present at least that we could see. When we went up to the drive-through to try to order, they would not allow us to separate our orders. They said they can only make two orders. So we went to sonic! I definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this restaurant on weekend nights if you plan to eat in their lobby.

Very rude employee. When I took my kids the cashier stood there and looked at us. No hello When I asked if they ask can I take your order or order when you are ready the cashier said no I just wait for you to tell me what you want.
Your coffee taste like brown water! Before COVID you had decent coffee, then after COVID it got a little bit better, but now it's as bad as ever! You think we don't notice that your coffee is that weak?
At the present time with rapidly increasing prices, there is a great bargain in the double deal. Thanks for taking care if we with small, fixed incomes.
THEY DIDN'T PACK MY BBQ
I came in to get myself & my children some food. I ordered at the kiosk machine paid & waited. My order went in at 11:27am. 20 minutes go by & they haven't called my order yet. I understand they were busy with the drive thru & online orders, but what really bothered me was that they haven't even started making my food. When I showed the employee my receipt asking have they called this order she said she'll check & I saw her rushing to get the order ready.. I'm like, yea this is the last time I order from this McDonald's. I'm taking the extra drive to another location. This ain't the first time, but it's definitely the last
Horrible customer service. Ordered food on the app just for it to be cancelled 10 min later. Manager then refused to correct the issue and be rude. Worst McDonald’s in Albuquerque.
Just like any other McDonalds this location messes up orders. They almost gave me a grubhub meal then gave me my order with missing Sauces for my nuggets and missing a large fry from my order. I should have double checked. high school employees shouldn’t be working with our superiors. Can not fix order because they are close and if I return in tomorrow it’ll look like I’m after a free meal.

Ordered the chicken Big Mac and nuggets, the Big Mac was bread and chicken, that’s it. No sauce for the nuggets either. Double check your orders before you leave.

ordered 1 quarter pounder deluxe meal, boy on speaker didn’t ask a single question about the meal, had a very rude unprofessional tone when speaking with me. at the second window i was told to park at number one as the boy closed the window as i was speaking, i asked for extra napkins and he said “yeah napkins in the bag” and shut the window. Sweet tea was unsweet tea and watered down to zero flavor. The fries were starting to deflate (meaning they are old). The quarter pounder deluxe came with mayo that was spilling out of the burger, manager tried telling me it’s made with mayo. Which it is made with ketchup and mustard. The patty was discolored and hard on the outside when they had me wait for “fresh food”. Called to tell the manager about the food and he told me it comes with mayo, they aren’t carrying onions, and asked for a name so it can be remade. This is an absolute most unacceptable unprofessional experience from a mcdonald’s. The manager i talked to was very rude when i told him i wanted a refund for the old food i received, he then groaned and said do you really do this everywhere you go. I am a manager at a fast food place myself, and there was no reason to complain about a customer’s unsatisfactory. The crew needs apparent retraining as so does the management team.

Went to McDonalds to order my son a happy meal I ordered a cheeseburger with apple slices and received two fries one of which was half empty and both were soggy and no toy for my kiddo definitely won’t be returning to this location👎🏼
