This McDonalds was the closest to my job a week ago, for 3 straight days I went and got the meal deals. Every time I the crew missed items, small items, and they fix my problem, what they don't get is that they are wasting my gas and time I can't afford so they can make it right again. I used to manage mcdonalds and with what im witnessing with fast food in general is that they don't care for the customer anymore. Im going somewhere else, if service keeps this way I hope all fast food sinks. People don't deserve this for their money. Ps. McDonald's you forgot my 2 apple juices last time, but its okay you keep them seems you need them more than me.

I will start by saying that I don't think these reviews make a difference, especially when the review is critical of the food or the service. I ordered via window pick up on 8/21/25. I ordered a small cheeseburger and small fries. The fries were basically soggy and not edible. The cheeseburger bun was unheated and the cheese was unmelted. It appears that it was thrown together in a careless manner, inconsistent with what a McDonalds cheeseburger is supposed to look like and taste like. For the food, I am rating at zero. The service was good at the pay window. The young man was friendly and efficient, the type you want to keep. The young man at the pick up window had no customer service skills whatsoever, the type you don't want to keep. For service I am giving a two star because at least the kid at the pay window was friendly and seemed motivated to do a good job. Overall rating for this restaurant is one star! This McDonalds use to have great service, but lately very inconsistent. It would be great if the general manager at this location would take the time to give his operation some serious oversight toward improving food preparation and customer service. You might ask why I didn't take the food back? It was easier to throw it away and write a critical review!

Store closed 10 minutes before posted close time. Store is known for keeping lights out to appear to look closed, who knows before I got there what time they really closed. Can’t have great service if you can’t stick it out till close.

Literally every time im here yall mess up my order. I dont know what else to do, everyone who takes my order understands the bare minimum of English. Every single time my order is wrong. But I dont much have a choice since I work right near the spot. What else can I do? Realistically 90% of the time when I bring my coworker and I lunch, its wrong. Wrong sizes. Wrong food. Wrong drinks. Wrong sauce. Im so genuinely puzzled on how you can get orders Wrong that much. Every time I've asked to get my orders fixed at the window, nobody understands what im asking at all and try to charge me for extra. It's just insane now.

I work next to this McDonald's and it's crazy how long you have to wait in the drive thru line. Practically my whole lunch it's ridiculous and I always get fries that have been refried probably 3 times I don't understand how this location is still open. No one has a clue what is going on. I tried several times to give this McDonald's a chance but im over it . Never coming here again!

The manager is extremely unprofessional and needs attitude adjustment, very disorganized and when messed up orders are addressed they make it seem like it’s a burden. I do not recommend coming to this location until they address the management and employee attitudes and unprofessionalism.
