Stopped by after a very long day traveling in the car. The staff was overly rude and the fries were ICE cold and stale. I would just make the extra mile to the better McDonalds on Golf Course and Paseo.

The ladies in the morning are very nice they work pretty hard and usually do their best my breakfast always comes out right 4 mcgriddles add cheese and green chilli 4 hash browns and a sweet tea they never messed it up when I would go here just about every morning so breakfast is killer

Ordered through the app so I didnt have to wait and still had to wait. They did not have a pick up parking spot and the drive through was full ao I thought it would be quicker to go in. Again, it was not. The girl who took my order number proceeded to go in the back, where she thinks I couldnt see her, and starts texting on her phone while other people work the drive through. Its called fast food for a reason because that's what it should be. And if I order ahead of time it should be ready when I get there. I was almost late to my appointment. I doubt I will be back at the location again.

Ordered from the kiosk. I don't understand why there is some items available in them but once u get your order and realize something wrong with it later they tell you that the machine isn't working. First of all I ordered a mocha frappe and got an iced coffee with espresso and it tasted like chocolate milk. The fries were cold. It look all nice and cozy on the outside but on the inside it's nice looking but bad service. The workers don't look too busy but took forever to get to the front to help those inside. I didn't get my frappe and got cold fries. For something quick and fast it was for a bad price.

Horrible experience do not order from the app. They’ll lose your order. You won’t get your caramel sundae because they don’t even have ice cream which you paid for and they don’t give you your money back.

Most Incompetent fast food staff I’ve ever witnessed. Whether it’s Missing Items/Uncooked Food, this location consistently fails to meet the most basic of expectations. It’s obvious with every order that there is no management in that location.
