This was my first time at this Blake's Lota Burger. The service was great! The place was clean. This will probably be my to go to Lota Burger. The nice young man who helped me was so kind. Most places they just see you as a number, he was really nice and talked to me. That's rare anymore because everyone is so busy. 😍

The best McDonald's I've ever been to. Great customer service, nice employees, clean eating areas, and very clean restrooms. The employees take a lot of pride at this location. The food is good as well.

Uber’d all the way only to find out they closed the dining area more than an hour before closing time. Called to see if we can still get food through the drive thru if we walked, however they would not serve us since we had to be in a vehicle.

10:00 PM is the posted closing time, yet the staff closed the dining room by the time my Uber dropped me off at 8:50 PM. Drive through was open, but they refused to serve us on foot. At least Whataburger’s dining room was still open.

I just ordered plain iced coffee in the Drive-Thru. . They couldn't get it right. I don't know whether they took the order wrong or just made it wrong but they decided to put caramel in it. I had to drive around again to get them to correct it. They were so confused

We drove through this McDonald’s and grabbed our usual, very customized order. They got it all right, no mistakes. The food was pretty good too.

Ordered a tripple cheese burger. Was the size that got me was Lilly not taller than my middle joint of my first finger. Wasn't good at all

I hate this Mc Donald's with the passion!! I orders a crispy chicken sandwich, nothing crispy about it, bit the damn bun was burned as hell. The mcdouble ewwww burnt buns as well. I didn't bother to call because I hate the excuses. It got trashed. As many stores and fast foods shutting g down, this will be one to go. Burger King on San Mateo mmmmm yummy all good and fresh. Customer service 150%

The food was good, but I found something I wasn't quite familiar with on the bottom of my sausage biscuit sandwich. I don't know if it was a ketchup, jelly, or blood. I discovered it after taking a few bites. I did let them know. Another thing is I have been going here for a while now and have noticed their soda tasts different from the rest of the other McDonald's around town. It tastes rustic. But this is only consistent with just this McDonald's. I have to say this place may not be as sanitary as it should. With food cross contamination and possible lack of maintenance or sanitary cleaning of the soda fountain. I am going to consider getting the health inspector to do a thorough investigation.
