All these 1 star reviews and no improvement at this location is pathetic. What kind of management doesn’t address the store with so many issues? Anyway, every time I go to this location fries are cold and undercooked. Bread for any type of sandwich is hard as a rock and the chicken patties always taste like they have been sitting there all day. Yet l I’ll drive to the Paseo location and they are consistent and ALWAYS fresh. This location needs new management to enforce some kind of standard because this location is terrible.

Gone are the days when employees used to hand over a fresh bag of food with a smile. Now they practically throw it into your car with a soulless stare. These people deserve to get paid a lower wage with the amount of attitude that comes with this sub par, barley warm food. I'm done with McDonald's. I've been burned one too many times by thus company.

I stopped at the drive-thru at the McDonalds at Harper and Wyoming on Thursday, July 31st and my order is timed at 11:06 am. I got 2 Ranch snack wraps, two filet-o-fish sandwiches and two small fries. Everything was great until I got to the end of the pile of my french fries on the paper plate. There is a long, black hair sitting there smack dab between the fries. I know that places are short-staffed, but seriously, employees need to brush their hair out, make sure there are not stray hairs, and put it up or something. I hadn't been able to go to this place in months and the first time I go here because I was out running errands and was exhausted, it doesn't live up to par.

Jesus is the worst manager at any McDonald’s I’ve been to in the last 15 years. Have been going to this EXACT location everyday getting the EXACT two items and today he makes me pay double the price and refused to correct it.

Great playplace, no code required for restrooms, service was great. No self serve drink machine so if you're there during a rush getting a refill might take extra time. Oddly a Christian radio station playing over the speakers but it was inoffensive.

This mcdonalds regularly gets food wrong, and when you tell them it's wrong or missing an item, they call you a liar. I would avoid this mcdonalds at all cost! I mean u less you want to get the wrong order, missing food, called a liar and treated like your a waste of their time.
