Ordered online on the app, nearly was given someone else's order then had to wait at the second window for over ten minutes as about a dozen or more cars behind me drove past. Eventually I got my food but it was soggy and not very warm.

My grandchildren love to go to McDonald's this makes out Donald's was good cause it was open after 8 we went to a previous McDonald's on ladera announcer that closed at 8 o'clock we were disappointed with that

I prefer this McDonald's on Quail as opposed to the one just south of I40. I live closer to the one on I40 but drive all the way over the bridge to the one on Quail because the other one ALWAYS has homeless people hanging out around the drive thru window. The service is ALWAYS rude and slow. The food is overcooked or has been sitting out for long periods of time. Lastly, the inside of this McDonald's is disgusting. I recommend going to the McDonald's on Quail...
