App order long wait, incorrect order finally received and was given frozen coke amd then had to wait over 15 minutes to get incorrect meal. Manager only wanted to give excuses not any solution to warm frozen drinks amd cold incorrect order.

When to get a caramel frappe and I use my points to get it and then when I got to the front they wanted to know the code again which went away after I used it and they didn't give me it and yet my points were taken off my app. Told me to call customer service about the app

Waited patiently to get my doordash order, while other dashers pushed through the line to get their orders after arriving several minutes after me. Waited almost 30 minutes for nobody to say anything about the other dashers shoving their way through. Terrible.

The only reason I conduct buisness at this location, despite, the normal customer service. Is because of one special employee, named, Evan! He made me feel like I was eating at the location located at academy. I'm heavily accquainted with corporate and management. He not only exceeds, but, meets our expectations. Please, give this employee recognition.

The food is very good but the tables and floor are very dirty.
Terrible experience. Pulled up in drive thru. Was greeted asking if I was using the mobile app. I said no. Waited 5 minutes and no response. Then the screen goes off. I pull up to the window. I asked for manager. He said they close at 1. It still wasn't 1 as we talked. He admitted to closing early. All he said was sorry. I managed restaurants and we didn't stop serving until closing time hit.

This place is a disaster. We have gone there several times to buy food and you ask for something and they give you something else. The coordination is horrible, but I will never buy there again.

So we were trying to eat our food we ordered and this lady with a pink shirt in the back was yelling really loudly she was disturbing being rude and so we went to ask the manager Dominic and we asked for her name he was bascially refusing because when we asked for her name he said "why " and we told him why and he smiled and he was hesitant with the name and said Sarah e I'm not sure if that's her name or not but if there gonna be yelling at there employeeres and being rude to customers then they shouldn't be working there .
