They were totally slammed when I went through the drive thru about an hour ago but the food was still made well and the service was great. I don't care what anyone says about "unskilled labor" or entry-level work, it takes skill to maintain excellent customer service and quality standards under that kind of pressure, and this team has it. That dedication helped make a bad day a bit better, and I wanted to say thanks

Workers are just straight up stupid always getting orders wrong and forgetting sauces and if they do give you sauce it’s just one my disabled grandma can do better I’ve seen better food in a public school cafeteria and Homeless people harassing

Worst mcdonald's in town! Our order was missing items , the cashier did not read our order so we specifically asked if he got 2 iced coffees and he gave us the thumbs up. We get to the next window and of course it was wrong. The lady handing us food refused to fix the error and make it right we just were missing 1 iced coffee. She tried getting us to go around and wait in line I refused! The manager had to come and fix the issue. Made me very late to work because they just can't get it together. This is not the first time I have encountered an issue here. They just can't seem to run this mcdonald's right

Went here because chipotle messed up our order and we could not eat it due to food allergies. The only star review starts at the drive through. PLEASE DO NOT PUT PEOPLE ON HEADSETS THAT DO NOT SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH! I cannot believe I have to say that but man there was a massive disconnect here. They put ketchup and mustard on a burger that we told them none of that one and the ticket said it also. Then they tried to scoop it off but I guess they missed the common knowledge class that would have taught them that bread is absorbent and would still have the skid marks and flavor of the condiments they put on when they weren’t supposed to. Tried to go through the drive through again but the line was long and when we asked them at the speaker of someone could just bring us out a correct burger that we ordered they kept saying pull to the first window like that is all they knew how to say in English. Very sad that you cannot trust people to get an order correct that is literally spelled out in front of them. Take some dang pride in your work.

Always a clean area, the staff is always polite, and I've never had them mistake a special order. About 1 in 10 times they'll forget an item with an order of 6 or more items, but no hassle in getting it replaced.
