This place is close to my house so easy to come to after work. I often place mobile orders. However I've received multiple mistakes with my mobile orders in the last month, and odten have to wait long in the drive thru even tho i place my oder far in advance. I made a formal complaint and thr general manager was very kind and understanding, but i wish the service was better

this is the worst McDonald's in all of Albuquerque, literally they have old butter and their breakfast taste like old eggs that wasnt fully cooked. I've come here many times just to wait for over 10 minutes every time and the back drive people are always eating something. today I just saw a lady stuffing her face instead of fixing my order then I was told to wait when ive already been waiting for over 10 minutes, when they had no orders AT ALL they were just standing on their phones, don't even get me started on the manager talk about being unprofessional just because you're a manager doesn't mean u can yell at every single customer, McDonald's is such a joke. I'm talking bout the manager in the morning shift the one with the stupid pink tie, how hard is just to make an order that takes 5 minutes to make. I ordered at 10:37 AM and I didn't get my food until 11.

I just went to this place and there food was good the employees were very friendly and I love their nuggies definitely come back
4 strikes never going back. Last three times I went they had systems down and not able to take orders for over an hour. This last time I ordered online. App said order ready. Got there 15 min later and order still not ready. Couldn't find it. Finally found under rack but not complete. Waited another 5 min then asked for ketchup. Manager threw some at me and I told her bad customer service. She never apologized but started arguing saying I was bad customer. Not only are they losing money by saying system down I will not go there again and tell everyone I know about that store. Need new management.
