I ordered no pickles and they put extra pickles in my order. Looks like it was done intentionally. Not only that, the homeless outside were very aggressive in asking for food after i told him not he got upset,luckily the car in front of me moved forward. If he didnt who knows what he couldve done. Not coming back here again.

Zero stars, HORRIBLE customer service can’t tell the different between a coke and Dr Pepper. Has to be the worst McDonalds in ABQ. These kids don’t know what they’re doing half the time, slower than slow. You’re better off going to the one on Coors or anywhere else. Never going back, take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Took forever to get our order and then when they got are order we told them 6 times and they still forgot half our food plus our food was cold when we got it very bad service and very rude on there phone and didn't acknowledge us when we went to go get the right order won't be going back to this place

Horrible horrible horrible service ! I was standing at the front for more than 10 mins and no one cared to even say hello asked to take my order nothing !!! And they definitely saw me standing there , there was another customer that was picking up food and he even told them I had not been helped and they STILL didn’t do anything !!! I ended up walking out and going next door for some pizza !

Please have ur team member that work in drive through understand and make sure they speak English this dude had no clue. What we were saying . We literally waited at the pickup window where drive thru is for 20 min for them to refill my half filled coffee and for my mc griddle that they didn't put in my bag. The manager had to come out and apologize for this kid stupidity I wasted 25 minutes at McDonald's when it should have only took 7 minutes or so this is sicking and then I couldn't go inside because the actual store wasn't open isn't it supposed to be open at 6:00 a.m. it's 7:46 a.m. almost 8:00 a.m and McDonald's ain't open in the inside . I call this stupidity at its finest )second visit) 1/1/2025 please get this fruit cake dude out the drive threw he is lost as far as door dash order please train your employees how to look for doordash orders in the tablet dude out the window was pretty lost the lady also at the drive-thru was lost until I said check the tablet so buy them not be knowledgeable I'm late on my order manager brings out food have a very nasty attitude half of these people that work here don't even know English

Horrible, tries to give change but cashier didn't know how to count back. My order was completely wrong, got 2 orders of hotcakes only ordered 1, asked for no egg and sausage mcmuffin but got egg and no cheese, didn't get hashbrown I ordered for mom. Tried calling and phone just rang with no answer 🙄
