Make sure you get a receipt the double charge my credit card. My card company had to call corporate. They sent them something and they told me to have my credit card company handle it. I'll drive over resolved tomorrow other than potentially getting ripped off. They do not fix financial mistakes at this location. They let your credit card company handle it. Apparently they don't fix their mistakes. Probably just shitty management.

We had an impromptu kids birthday party for about 15 kids, 3 to 8 years old. Showed up about 30 minutes ahead of time and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. The play place was great and the kids had a blast. Plenty of dining room for kids and adults. Wonderful service and attentive staff. Plenty of options as far as decorations and even cake if you plan ahead. Great job!

Store manager threw my food on the counter, because a lady next to me had been complaining the whole time. Said if I didn’t like it I could leave.
Manager openly and willingly talks down on customers to staff.

Stopped by on a road trip and wouldn't again. Several customers looked sketchy like they were under the influence or something. Staff acted like they were tired of dealing with everyone, and at one point there was an extremely uncomfortable scene between some customers and staff involving a missing cell phone. Just not a good vibe.

If you're in the area, I highly recommend this McDonald's near Central Avenue and Tramway. 🛣️ The best time to enjoy the dining room is early morning (6:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.) ☀️ or early evening (6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) 🌆. It’s clean, peaceful, and has excellent Wi-Fi 📶 — perfect for getting a little work done in the quiet back area.
I genuinely appreciate this spot. 🙏 You’ll see all walks of life around here — and yes, that includes folks hanging out out front 🚶♂️🚶♀️ or even the occasional police presence 👮. But let’s keep one thing straight: everybody loves McDonald’s ❤️🍔, and I always get a smile just walking through the doors. 😊 You never know what you’re going to see, and that’s part of the charm.
Big shout out to the crew at this Central Avenue McDonald's 👏 — they work hard 💪, stay on time ⏰, and deliver great service day in and day out, even in a neighborhood that can get a little rough at times. 💯 They hold it down with professionalism and grace. 👊
