Ordered at the drive through no total for my order. I rcvd my order and found 1 of my cheese burgers was not put together all parts were in the wrapper but were not assembled. And for this fast food workers want higher pay. Its not rocket science to assemble a cheese burger.

Very bad service!!!! Ended up getting refund after waiting 15 minutes for food. I had to get someone from the kitchen to let me know why so long. It was like they didn't want to be bothered by inside customers, only drive through. No one at counter entire time. Reported to headquarters. Won't go back. No eggs at 8:30 am.

Worst mcdonalds in abq service is horrible I live pretty close so when I do go to this location every single time they have ruined my order not .. they either forget half the order or they won't put napkins or utensils we usually get breakfast and they never put butter ,forks or syrup.. this location you have to sit there and double check everytime

Driving through on my way back home and apparently you need CIA clearance to use the bathroom at this location. Not to mention the employee we asked a question to cleaning the bathroom did not understand either English or Spanish.

I ordered in the mobile app, checked in, saw it say my order was done and would be out in 2 to 5 minutes... then waited ten more minutes. Nothing came. I had to go in, verify my order, then the manager alerted the 2 folks at the counter working on a single order together they forgot about my order. It was lukewarm, they DID NOT offer to remake it but just sent me off with a free meal card. ? never going to this location again, constant issues. My nuggets were SOGGY, fries cold. Had to put everything in the air fryer when I got home. 0/10
