I just went through the drive-thru and tried to place an order and the person on the other end of the microphone didn't seem like she could understand English very well. This isn't a racist comment this isn't anything other than an upset customer who was trying to give a business money and get some breakfast and couldn't even get an order completed. The lady at the drive-thru window was not only rude but she was incompetent. I will drive 10 mi to another McDonald's if I have to

I ordered through drive thru today for my lunch break. Person taking my order wouldn’t let me finish ordering without her saying, “anything else” after each item I ordered. Then, when I got back to work I saw they had given nuggets that were still raw and fries that looked old. Very disappointed, I spend money and time only to be disappointed and without eating for lunch today. Spoke to a manager Emelda, she was very nice and apologetic. She wanted to replace my items but I requested a refund instead.
