This is the second day in a row where you guys have forgotten or just didn’t give us items in my daughter’s kids meal. Yesterday yall forgot the fries and apple slices and today you forgot the apple juice. Why am I spending money on this place if you guys can’t even remember to do the job correctly ?

I just went through the drive-thru and tried to place an order and the person on the other end of the microphone didn't seem like she could understand English very well. This isn't a racist comment this isn't anything other than an upset customer who was trying to give a business money and get some breakfast and couldn't even get an order completed. The lady at the drive-thru window was not only rude but she was incompetent. I will drive 10 mi to another McDonald's if I have to

I ordered through drive thru today for my lunch break. Person taking my order wouldn’t let me finish ordering without her saying, “anything else” after each item I ordered. Then, when I got back to work I saw they had given nuggets that were still raw and fries that looked old. Very disappointed, I spend money and time only to be disappointed and without eating for lunch today. Spoke to a manager Emelda, she was very nice and apologetic. She wanted to replace my items but I requested a refund instead.

Do not ever order coffee after 12pm; they do not make a fresh pot and serve nasty, old, barely warm coffee. Come on McDonald's...couldn't you just spend the $0.13 to make another pot of coffee instead of wasting everyone's money?

This McDonald's is just rude and seems like the workers don't want to work and expect you to do their job for them. What is the use of getting a curbside order if you get the meal like it has been sitting out all day and no one wanted it! Cold fries and a stale burger is disgusting and not worth what you pay for the meal. Atleast have some pride if not quit and find another job! Wish there was an option for 0 stars because that is what this location deserves. 2nd time ordering from here and thought I would give it another chance but nope for being in the better part of the city sure have no pride in the location or food. Just threw my meal in the bag too! Needs to be shut down!!

I have been going to this location for years. This crew has been really good for quite some time. There were some big pandemic stumbles but who didn’t have employee problems and labor shortages. Anyhow, this crew would be nearly impossible to beat. They have the fastest drive through I have witnessed. A few other close by ones are good but not quite this fast. I went to Wendy’s on Montgomery near Eubank and waited forever. I then appreciated this crew all the more. Great job, everyone.

I went to McDonald's this morning at 925 San Pedro ne. I ordered the steak bagel and received what I think was a bacon bagel. Not happy. It ruined my morning. Please fix this. It is not right. You finally brought those back and I was looking forward to a steak bagel

This was the absolute worst McDonald's food I've ever had. The fish filet must have been sitting under a heat lamp or some other thing because it was so dried out I couldn't eat it and I should have taken it back but being in a hurry I couldn't. The fries were ok but if you order a large it should be filled to the top not half way.
