Service at this location has always been bad. Everybody has. A chip in their shoulders. Long lines, always. You ask for napkins or ketchup, it's a roll of the eyes and huffing and puffing. The order is right , the store looks unkept, far cry from any heights location where the workers behave as if they were raised by both parents.

It's so pleasant to walk in to a place to be ignored. It's not going to hurt your company if I stop coming. Looks like this woman is a manager. She was rude to her employees and customers we came in on the first Saturday of August at 951

Every time I go in on the weekends in the morning they always get my order wrong also the people are no friendly they always mad I wouldn't recommend the breakfast

I ordered before breakfast ended on the mobile app (proof on the reciept). Received a confirmation number drove to pick up. At the speaker guy said its too late they dont have my order. Spoke with a manager who was very rude wouldn't even look at my reciept confirming I ordered before breakfast ended. She accused me of trying to order breakfast 15 minutes after 1030 and the time was barely 1036 but again I placed my order through the app before 1030. This place is a joke so is the staff and definitely the manager. She said she couldnt cancel my order I had to cancel it then when I tried to cancel it the app says too late to cancel.
