Would give zero stars if I could. I did a mobile order and when I checked it it was wrong. I got back in line at the drive thru and when I was back at the cashier the employee was extremely rude when I tried to show him the order. I had to tell him to let me talk to the manager after I was getting nowhere with him. FYI giving a generic message and link to a website to leave a review is pointless and shows how little you care.

We got 4 cheeseburgers , TWO OF THEM HAD NO PATTIES how do you not notice that?? we’ve tried calling multiple times with no answer , they are more concerned hanging out in the store then getting orders right the manager on duty included . Save your time and money and go to Los Lunas or the one on isleta.

Food usually comes out good and on time. But it's bizarre that they're always blasting christian music in there. I have to go in because my truck will fit through the Drive through. Maybe pick a station, that's a little bit more secular?

I could’ve used the McNuggets to chalk my tires and do an air breaks test they were so hard. The exact opposite of fresh and the fries were a 5 out of 10 compared to how they usually taste. Do yourself a favor and get something out of the pilot it’s connected to. 1st time I EVER just threw away half my food from any McDonald’s EVER.

i was here at 10:30pm and they said we’re close but the exact time is 6am to 11pm come on some time driver dose not make in time and they are hungry at least close at 11pm

Placed order 10:46:36pm on 9/25/2025 through mobile app. Went in to pickup order before 10:50 and the two staff members working told me they are closed. They refused to fulfill the order. When I asked them if they closed early they said yes, and when I asked them if they are supposed to do that they both just gave me a blank stare. Showed them my order where I was charged to my credit card through the app and I had a confirmation number and they still wouldn’t fulfill the order. Will be filing chargeback on my credit card if the charge still shows up.

That was a nasty burger I waited 15 mins for. Buns were squishy, patty over cooked and the fries taste like card board.
You'll get faster service if you drive through and don't use the walk up counter.
Didn't get what I ordered, by the time I looked in the bag we were on the road.
Keep going to the next exit. Indigestion city. If they call this a value meal I've got bull butter to sell yeah.
Save your money, time and health and find a local burger stand.

I always have a great experience at this McDonald’s in Albuquerque. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional every time I visit. They are always nice to me, and it really makes a difference to be treated with kindness and respect. The service is quick, the restaurant is clean, and the team truly goes out of their way to make customers feel valued. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to!
