I always have a great experience at this McDonald’s in Albuquerque. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional every time I visit. They are always nice to me, and it really makes a difference to be treated with kindness and respect. The service is quick, the restaurant is clean, and the team truly goes out of their way to make customers feel valued. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to compliment a young employee named Tomas who works in the lobby. He’s always cleaning, sweeping, taking care of the tables, and helping customers. I’ve seen a lot of employees over the years, and Tomas really stands out—he takes pride in what he does. He makes the place feel calm and clean. Great job!
Love this location! I come here frequently, and the staff has learned my name and are very courteous and friendly. Never had any problems with the food here, which is obviously rare for McDonalds. The soft serve machine even works! It's a miracle.

Service in the lobby isn't great. Waited to oder in person, stood there for more then five minutes, line formed and no one came. I am assuming they are understaffed. You are better off ordering online or in the kiosk to get your product. You get zero cashiers in this McDonald's as well in the gas station.
