Loved Ashley. She was very courteous, even brought out our order to us. She also offered a menu when I said I couldn't see the board above. I would've rated higher, except all our food was very cold and my burger wasn't cooked all the way through.

I ordered 2 hot and spicy McChickens, and the second one was so dry that I couldn't even bite into it. Having been a former McDonald's manager, I know that those McChickens were held way too long. I guess from now on, I need to ask you to make them fresh

The environment from the employees really make this place very uncomfortable to go to the afternoon and night crew are very disrespectful they don’t have any respect for customers I go here 1-2 a week and I honestly feel like they hate me they hate seeing me because every time I forget something there will be no one else in line and when will tell me I have to go to the back of the line and I looked at him and said there is no line in the only one then the kid look at me with the most are you dumb face and said go back they the line he can’t help me then closed the window and when I try tell the other kid manager he don’t say anything just looks clueless honestly this used to be my favorite spot to go to it’s only 5 min away from home but I would rather go drive an extra 5 min to another McDonald where the employees are much more friendly and don’t make me feel like they spit in my food and drinks so advice to anyone going here just don’t the management don’t put customers first they put there own needs first and make you feel like you a bother for going and getting food .

The worse McDonald’s, make sure you check your order got a 2b combo was served a incomplete burger told the young guy he took it to the back added the bacon, asked about the onions he said “they were melted in the cheese” I told him no, there is no onions at all, just told him never mind paid for it gave it back to them i will never return to this location after a long haul and getting this mediocre service I will skip iit next time

I order a chicken big mac and when i got home and opened it all i got was the half of it. Instead of having 2 chickens as it should. It have 1 piece of chicken and 3 buns. When I ate the fries, felt like it has been left in one spot of a long time. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here unless you want only half of what you paid for.
This McDonald’s has always been on point when my kids order, until this week. Twice now (Thursday and today) they have given us hot milk, instead of the hot chocolate my son ordered. I tried calling to see if by chance their machine wasn’t dispensing and they were unaware, but no response. Idk what has happened as they used to be so quick and orders were always correct.

Went un to order the fish combo- they range up a #7. I said no the number 6 please. Then made the drink a caramel frappe. Then ordered a hot akd spicy and another frappe. She read the order back to me and the 7 was still on there. I said no- no number 7.... she said ok I take it off....she tells me it's 34$!! I'm like for what??? Then she tells me 24 amd some change. I swipe my card. She hands me my receipt--- wow!!! Number 7 is still on there!! And 3 frappes instead of 2..... AND 34$$. The ladyspoke no English-problem #1 to start off with.

Instead of correcting the issue and giving me a refund they give me a apple pie take out the sandwich that they charge me for didn't even give me what I ordered This is a horrible location now this sucks
