Did not have my online order when I arrived. I was told it was almost ready, so I waited. 15 minutes later they told me they never had it. I showed them the app where it was ordered and paid for. The manager became aggressive and told me i have to check in with the cashier, thats why its not ready. i said do you mean the person i spoke to twice? He told me it was almost ready. I was late for work and had to leave. It was prepaid, so when I left I left without the food I paid for. I had to later request a refund online. The only thing worse than the way I was treated in store is dealing with the automated system to get a refund. Its unfortunate that I was treated this way. I was very excited to have a new Mcdonalds in my neighborhood finally. It is very poorly ran. I won't be back. Judging by the reviews here many others feel the same.

Ordered 2 burgers with only ketchup and the ones we got both had everything on them. They forgot to give one of the drinks and then gave us the wrong drink. (Asked for coke got a sweet tea) Also got nuggies, 2 large fries, and a basket of fries. For the sauces we asked for sweet and sour, the new sauce, and ketchup for the fries. We literally got 1 ketchup packet (remind you we got 2 large fries plus a basket) 2 of the new sauce and no sweet and sour. Majorly disappointed. The food didnt even taste good. Atleast it used to be fast and cheap. Now there's like no reason to go anymore.

Horrible customer service. The supposedly manager who I later found out wasn't the manager on the line argued with me about items that were missing from my order. I was very excited about a McDonald's coming into the area but time after time have experienced negative encounters this will be my last time coming to this McDonalds.

When the staff member speaks English and my food is good, I am pleased. However, I am not pleased when the staff have no idea what they’re giving me, and don’t know what I’m saying. In Hispanic and can speak very little Spanish, but they still don’t understand. If you’re working in customer service, please know what you’re doing. I pointed out what my orar was supposed to be when at the pickup window, they said “receipt?, receipt?.” But the lady at the previous window asked for my receipt back. THEN they send me to the front to wait for it, and sure enough the order was incomplete. I told the lady I had another item that was missing, but she said “oh oh uh “ and tried to point to me to go back around, and then she got in her car and left. I went back around and had to tell them again, I was missing an item, finally I got the one thing I needed. On ANOTHER occasion, they tried to give me 10pc nuggets instead of a Spicy BOF Pack. I’m not sure if all of them can read, but I would expect that the management would teach them better before having them give out orders.Inside is nice and cleanService is aightFood is pretty good

The McDonald's on 98th what can I say. This is the second time I ordered an Apple pie and it was hard like it's been sitting there all day. They used to be really good. They don't seem to care much about there customers, they just about throw you your food and don't say a word. Not a Thank you come again. Yeah right. It would be nice once in awhile.
