They treat walk in customers as a nuisance. The drive thru gets their entire attention. Really frustrating.

I can deal with bad customer service. But when I do an online order and dont get all my order, have to drive back after I get home, and get attitude for food that I paid for and didnt get? Crazy.

They serviced us most old thin rubbery hot and spicys ever! When were those cooked? When the restaurant first opened for business? Those shouldn't even be served to a dog.

Service is slow even when using the app. The manager is extremely rude and not helpful. I’d rather drive out of my way to a Wendy’s or another establishment

Very rude staff and the security guard is on a power trip yelling at us for eating our order in the parking lot
Food was great service was awesome. Orlando was our server he made us feel welcome, he has a great attitude and was happy to serve us. He made sure our order was correct and that we had everything we needed. Would definately recommend this mcdonalds.
