Good atmosphere and people who truly care about the needs of others. Good things are happening here. I am from out of town, but I could tell this is a place of hope.

Didn't get my ice cream with my delivery which is frustrating but so on brand for them and ironic it's almost acceptable but it's not really wanted the shamrock MCflurry...

Tried ordering door dash for my son and his mom but the order took more than an hour to make? 20 nuggets some fries and two drinks? Plus the cancel the order last minute…

Every time I literally go to this McDonald’s there ice cream machine is always broken the girl in the drive thru had an attitude as I pulled up and I had a mobile order I picked that up and the food was horrible and when it comes to the ice cream machine, I know it’s not always broken and I’m sure everybody knows that it’s their laziness or not wanting to clean it. This McDonald’s needs to do better.

Worst Mcdonald in town. They are super slow. I placed an order on the app for curbside pickup and it took over 15 minutes to get my order where I had to finally go inside and get my order cause I was needing to be somewhere already. This McDonald's is notorious for being slow all the time

It seems this location is always having problems, issues, unfriendly staff and feels like the employees run the store the way they want to not the store owner which is poor management and store owning. Tonight really pushed it the drive thru said they we're only taking Uber and door dash orders only which is very upsetting to hear especially getting out work at 1130pm. So I took my business to the McDonald's on i25 and Montgomery with no issues are being told door dash and Ubers orders only they were fast and friendly I believe the i25 and Montgomery location will been getting my business for now on.

Bad service, bad attention. The handler there (he speaks Spanish) attended me very reluctantly and answers very ugly the truth. I won't go there anymore, too bad I didn't record, I have a bad experience there

Total incompetence, especially at this McDonald's, they are always having issues, and always get your order wrong. You people have to stop voting for democrats because these are the results. Now the place is half functional and the lobby is closed again. It was at half the menu and had some kind of water leak for safety concerns, so why is the drive thru still open? This place needs a serious overhaul with new managers that can operate up to McDonald's standards.

If you want the worst 72 hour experience that money can buy look no further than this McDonald's hot and spicy chicken sandwich. Left my sister in the ER and me on the toilet with a bucket in my lap. 0 stars never eating here again
