Fries were very cold and old. They could have made the fries fresh. I waited 10 minutes on the side of the drive-thru for the rest of my order to be cooked

Burgers were dry. Ordinary food. Fries weren't hot.Greasy. Typical McDonald's food. Had BK day before burgers much better.

I can deal with bad customer service. But when I do an online order and dont get all my order, have to drive back after I get home, and get attitude for food that I paid for and didnt get? Crazy.

They serviced us most old thin rubbery hot and spicys ever! When were those cooked? When the restaurant first opened for business? Those shouldn't even be served to a dog.

The staff was amazing and friendly. I had, had a difficult day and they went the extra distance to provide my meal just the way I wanted it

Service is slow even when using the app. The manager is extremely rude and not helpful. I’d rather drive out of my way to a Wendy’s or another establishment

Very rude staff and the security guard is on a power trip yelling at us for eating our order in the parking lot

Food was great service was awesome. Orlando was our server he made us feel welcome, he has a great attitude and was happy to serve us. He made sure our order was correct and that we had everything we needed. Would definately recommend this mcdonalds.

Im at this location right now and the service is so horrible I'm making a review waiting for my food. We ordered online and they refused to make our food because it didn't pop up on the screen supposedly but they said my name so didn't make sense. The boy working the intercom told us that he cant do anything and we said we already paid for it. He responded with i didnt take your money and still refused so we went inside and they finally got a manager and helped us but dang they treated us like garbage. They put onions on all our sandwichs after all that as well when we wanted no onions.

The security is disrespectful to paying customers an there children. who live in the area and visits location often. the securitys constant Harassing. Gossiping. and disrespect. judgement to women with Children and False accusations about them to inside paying customers needs direct. immediate attention. and change. And will not continue to be tolerated. I tried to talk to him about his issues. He expressed. Him and his guess we're dead breath. i bid them both a good day and notified management. And left. If he continues to hold his position with his attitude the establishment will loose good customers who enjoy coming to that location. The security makes the overall atmosphere and experience a bad one.
