3 workers inside and none is to attend to you.. avoid going from 23:00 since in their schedule they close at 00:00 but they will never serve you food (they always have some problem with the computer casually). The manager who is Hispanic spoke to me with a very bad tone and with a very rude treatment. Check the cameras of your business and you will see your workers talking or simply doing nothing, please hire people with DESIRE to work and with EDUCATION towards customers

We had to go to two different McDonald's because their point system was not working then when we got to this McDonald's we had to get out of the car and not go through the drive-thru so the point speaking down indoors only it wasn't inconvenience

Extremely rude Unprofessional and clearly don't know how to do their jobs, because they don't know how to not make shake, mix this together and/or read a screen that clearly states what the food is supposed to be made of not to mention disrespecting anybody who just doesn't have a car. The manager was in the middle of a conversation when my bladder was about to burst and he got mad when I interrupted the conversation that did not pertain to any type of business talk. I guess he would prefer if I peed on the floor because he had to finish his conversation that again had nothing to do with the business

Thumbs down! The Sausage Egg McMuffin with cheese! A charred and blackened English muffin plus the whole thing was cold. Cheese was hard. I expected a freshly made McMuffin for my breakfast that morning. Second time this has happened at this McDonald’s on Lomas and Broadway. Anyone doing quality control? I think the answer is a big fat NO. I’m not paying around $5+ to anyone to ruin by morning! Bye-bye. The big question is why give this kind of product to any customer. What is wrong with the management team for allowing this?
