They did a revamp on this place. I gave it a try again and they gave me the wrong order despite using mobile app. I always order through mobile app to avoid errors and I'm unable to comprehend how you can mess up a mobile order. Maybe the workers there just don't care. I never had issues with McDonald's at Candelaria. I'll never go back to this exact McDonald's location.
Last year's review: Did a curbside pickup here. I waited for almost 11 minutes for a very simple order (sundae and mcflurry) while i saw that the drive thru is moving fast.
I went to the drive thru instead and told them i had been waiting for almost 10+ minutes. I was told they are slammed. I get it, you are all busy but at least someone should have went out and told me you are busy. I will understand it and i will go to the drive thru instead. Won't go to details but a bit rude as well. Y'all need to communicate and be polite .
Had been driving through different McDonald's on different interstates and this is the worst service i had so far.

The Food was good. I went through the drive threw and ordered Two Large MCCrispy Chickens. I had to go in because they and I forgot to get my 2 Large Drinks at the window. I wish that I would have looked in the bag when I went into McDonald's to get my drinks because I was supposed to have 2 Large Fries. and I only had 1 Large Fry when I looked in the bag.
It was both of our responsibilities to make for sure everything was right.
The Manager deserves a 5 Star 🌟 though! He was very friendly and got my Drinks for me when I went inside McDonald's. I just wish I would have checked the bag.
I tried to call but I believe that they was too busy to answer the phone.

Drive thru, ordered a cheese burger happy meal with no pickles, it had pickles but no cheese. Also ordered a filet o fish, had a disgusting piece of dried up cheese on it. Thanks for reminding me why I quit eating McDonald's. Didn't give me a receipt either.
