Terrible service. When in before if not 10pm and wanted to use the restroom, they told me that they had just cleaned it and had to wait. 10 minutes or more to ask to use the restroom was given the go-ahead then as I was about to push the door manager told me that they were closed even though I had asked before and waited manager kicked me out and threated to call the cops on me for wanting to use the bathroom crazy for a manager to say they are close when websites says other wise. Idk but not going to this place again

Ordered my wife’s McRib without onions because I’m allergic I got home my son ate I put him to bed then went to eat it had so many onions now going to have to spend her night in the emergency room I tried to call for over a hour they would let the phone ring and ring then would pick up and not say anything and hang up I will be getting in touch with your corporate office or whoever I have to this is in acceptable shame on the management there do better!!!

Not open on thanksgiving!! We came here at 9:50 and on McDonald’s app, it says this store is open and we even paid. But no one is here!!

Rude employees. Too almost 20 minutes to get a simple burger. Homeless camped out everywhere and to top it off people camped out in the curbside parking. Last time I go to this store.

I hate the breakfast menu stops.
They did a revamp on this place. I gave it a try again and they gave me the wrong order despite using mobile app. I always order through mobile app to avoid errors and I'm unable to comprehend how you can mess up a mobile order. Maybe the workers there just don't care. I never had issues with McDonald's at Candelaria. I'll never go back to this exact McDonald's location.
Last year's review: Did a curbside pickup here. I waited for almost 11 minutes for a very simple order (sundae and mcflurry) while i saw that the drive thru is moving fast.
I went to the drive thru instead and told them i had been waiting for almost 10+ minutes. I was told they are slammed. I get it, you are all busy but at least someone should have went out and told me you are busy. I will understand it and i will go to the drive thru instead. Won't go to details but a bit rude as well. Y'all need to communicate and be polite .
Had been driving through different McDonald's on different interstates and this is the worst service i had so far.

The Food was good.
I went through the drive threw and ordered Two Large MCCrispy Chickens. I had to go in because they and I forgot to get my
2 Large Drinks at the window. I wish that I would have looked in the bag when I went into McDonald's to get my drinks because I was supposed to have 2 Large Fries. and I only had 1 Large Fry when I looked in the bag.
It was both of our responsibilities to make for sure everything was right.
The Manager deserves a 5 Star 🌟 though!
He was very friendly and got my Drinks for me when I went inside McDonald's.
I just wish I would have checked the bag.
I tried to call but I believe that they was too busy to answer the phone.
