This was a poor experience. The food was cold and tasted old, the burger was smashed and off center leaving all condiments on the wrapper vs on the burger. The cashier was rude, eye rolling and snapping at me about what she had put in the bag. Won't be back for sure.

Overall terrible experience. The cashier didn't pay attention to my order at all. Multiple correction and the order was still incorrect. Food was not up to par and tasted old, customer service was rude There was an interview next to me.It looked like and and the interviewer had a child crying all over her at the table and trust him with dirty shoes on the table during the interview.I really hope the man gets the guy because that is highly unprofessional.

Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Nothing. Disgusting how staff are using their phones, not sanitizing between each time they pull out and make calls. A few females had their hair touching work surfaces, and no hair nets were worn in the kitchen. Would not recommend coming to this location.

several times that I get the same blonde lady who takes orders at the window is terrible she gets angry if you change the order, she doesn’t even listen well when I asked her for an order specifically just the sandwiches and she gave me all the combos with sodas that I don't even like and she gets angry terrible service

If I could leave zero stars I would. Came in store to buy food and was rudely to all orders have to be done on kiosk. Kiosks don't work and kept shutting off. When asked for help was again rudely told to wait. Will never return to this location
Please don’t park in the parking lot yesterday. My sister could not find parking barelas Café across the street since she was picking up something so she parked, across the street she was in the café less than five minutes and they put a boot on her car. The guy was very rude about she owed $75 to take it off. She did not have the cash. She had to walk to an ATM and walk back understand she’s over 70 and he was less than five minutes which I think is ridiculous. I understand they don’t want people parking there while they are eating there along. But there’s no one even parked at McDonald’s and if you’re there less than five minutes, wow so definitely will not be going to this McDonald’s and please remember don’t park there cause they will boot your car and charge you $75 which I think is a scam
