Coming from someone who used to manage in food, I know the industry is constantly changing. However, I'm here on a less-busy-than-usual Friday (according to Google) and there's 12 people in the kitchen and my order has just been started 40 minutes after I placed it. The manager told me to check in but I've never had to do that and I would still get my stuff relatively quickly considering the high volume they carry on a daily basis. It's now 10:45 and my breakfast has been cancelled 🫠I'd rather go out of my way to go to Burger King. Even if they usually mess my order up 89% of the time, I still get the food I ordered within 45 minutes.

The big Mac patties are the same size as the cheeseburger patties , tiny. They’ve done a lot of Skimping on the meat patty sizes They need to go back to the big patties that used to have in the 80s.

I recently ordered through the mobile app for a drive thru pick up and things were going as they should until we got to the window and they gave me the wrong order and I told them it was wrong. I told them my correct order and said they never got the order and it never went through but I was charged, I told them I never received my order and I’d be willing to wait if they could re-make it and if they couldn’t do that I would like a refund because I’ve been charged already. But the older lady manager rolled her eyes and was very standoffish and told my just to ask for a refund through the app but the app says I have to call the store or talk to the location but the location won’t answer and if they do they give me the same answer. I would just like a refund for the food I never got. And the many times I’ve been there before, the manager seems like she doesn’t have a clue how the line queue works, she’s always confused or giving out the wrong order when she’s at window.

The food us typically really slow and the managers are rude. Customer service is not their strong suit.
We ordered a total of 4 fries 1 being for a meal. The lady asked if it was correct on the screen we said yes when we went to pay they handed us the recipt and only 3 fries were on the order, and the lady being very rude when given didnt let us ask her the question about the missing frie. When We than told the person at the 2nd window handing us pur food they said we had to go around the drive thru and order the missing fries again but also we told him he forgot our 2nd dr pepper we ordered and he goes and rolls his eyes and says i guess ill give u ur 2nd Dr pepper

Poor service sat waiting for 40 mins waiting on food while my food just sat there getting cold never called number gave attitude when asked about food always coming and bring my son to play after school but after the service i got today wont be coming back hire people that actually wanna work instead of cranky old ladies that dont even wear a hair net with blonde strips!

I’ve gone there twice, lady giving us our food was disrespectful both times and gave us attitude, rolled her eyes at us, gave us the wrong things, purposely gave us 4 chicken nuggets when we asked for a 6 piece, filled our drinks half way and she was making us pay for our meal twice. She has blond long hair, she’s in her 40’s, didnt get her name.

For a McDonald's it is a 4/4 (5's to me are really good restaurants). This one has been updated and is a nice stop that is not far ffrom me the interstate. It has a Play Place that has also been remodeled and updated. I recommend the green chile cheeseburger (not the best GCB in the state, but good and definitely unique to NM restaurants). If wanting McDonald's, this one is a good stop.
