Used the app to order my food. Then when I got there my app told me my food was ready and that I needed to give them the code for it. And then when I gave it to them they said I still needed to pay for it. So to avoid any more problems and time (at this point my family and I were already there for 30 minutes) so I paid cash and waited for the order. Only to get home and see the messed up my order and shorted me. And on top of all of that the money came out from my account and they wouldn't refund me! Seriously???? Waisted gas for multiple trips there. Over an hour and a half to get the wrong order. Over charged for one order and shorted for said order. Then charged for the first order I never received. And they last behind the counter told me that she couldn't help me after she said I still needed to pay. That's why my order wasn't completed. And then had the audacity to tell me to go into the app and cancel it so that it would come off of their screen so that they could go home for the evening.If somebody with the powers that be reads this. Please reach out to me and help me with my reimbursement considering no one at this location seems capable or willing to do so.

[ McDonald’s 1523 4th St SW ] Terrible service & meals at this location. I am NOT sure how the owner(s) feel about loosing so much money (because of their unmotivated staff and unprofessional managers). Managers need to manage their employees; NOT sit in the office playing on their phones all day. Owner(s) should look at ALL of the current one (1) star reviews. You have a serious issue here and your business does NOT deserve the McDonald’s logo/franchise (your location gives McDonald’s a bad name).

Arrived on 4/10/2024, picking up 30 dollar order. I asked for a courtesy water and was informed by the night manager that they can’t do that and I would need to pay a dollar for water.

Worst Drive Thru People. 3 times making the hamburger wrong. 4th Tim's it was finally made right. The manager had no clue what was going on. How sad. Sitting in the office doing nothing to help her crew.

I always mostly order a mc cafe normally a hot caramel mocha. Either I receive something different or the moca cafe does not taste right. It's this location on 4th Street I struggle with. After giving so many benefits of doubt I think I'm just done going to this location and will never go back here. Staff seems rude but quickly changes their attitude to positive.

Went t mc Donald's on 4th and bridge and the service was horrible l. We were the third car in line we arrived at 10:35 pm and did not leave there till 11:03 pm.. we had ordered 3 mc doubles with big Mac sauce and one with green chili. All 3 had no big Mac sauce, we also ordered 2 10 piece nuggets one was original and one was the spicy nuggets meal yet when we got home both the 10 piece nuggets were original. The fries were all soggy like they had been re dipped in the fryer all the food was cold and they had forgotten our hot n spicy sandwich from the beginning so we had to wait on that, as well as we had to ask for all condiments like dipping sauces because they failed to provide them even though we had asked for them specifically when we ordered... The staff was rude and upon leaving there were about 10 cars all waiting for there order in the parking lot which we witnessed about 3 cars complaining about there orders... I will be calling corporate in the morning as well to bring this to there attention and hope changes are made. This visit was a waste of $36.17 and hope we can get compensated for the poor service. I tried calling the store b 3 times yet was unable to speak to any staff or managers due to the fact that the calls were never answered .... Hopefully corporate can get these problems resolved ... Staff is rude af, unorganized and location is a mess, always someone pan handling by the drive through, and it always take 15+ min to get your food. I went in to check and ask for a refund and was straight up ignored. I left without getting food or a refund and I’m definitely filing a complaint with your corporate office. Absolute garbage customer service.

Made very sloppy, usually it's not this bad but it looks like it was made in a rush and not made in a timely manner. I guess cause of new workers.Also the bathrooms weren't cleaned at all, do better!

When I arrived to place my order and get my food they were insistent upon me using the computer kiosk rather than take my register order and got into a big argument.They told me I had to do it at the kiosk and then I asked why do you have registers at the counter then. Turned into a big nightmare of a problem very poor customer service The manager came out and was argumentative with me this is a location I will never return to for the sake of bad customer service.The kicker is I ordered my hamburger with no pickle and guess what was on my burger pickles!!Albuquerque bridge Street McDonald's is horrible.

This McDonald’s location is literally TRASH!!! It does it no good to have clean restroom's and lobby, when the customer service is trash!A few people walked in to order through the front counter and were directed to kiosk. Customer said they did not know how to order through kiosk, and they said well then go through drive through. They never offered to help them they were rude and careless! Literally they were just there standing around it would have taken them a couple of minutes.Our order was prepared wrong they didn’t apologize they were bothered by me bringing my food back up! The rudeness was ridiculous! Never coming to this location again!
