Having made the trip specifically with my family, I was set aback that signs everywhere and immediately told two steps in the door, “cash only.” Half as many customers turning away this location. What, are they bagging the cash behind the owners back? Who does that? And how long will it go on?
Google says open until 11 PM. Arrived at 10:05 and doors were locked.
The food was good. I havent had frozen yogurt before but its really just a smooth ice cream. Really good deals on pints sometimes. The asking to tip is kinda mid for a self serve ordeal. Shows the buisness is relying on gratuity to pay its employees to a degree which is off for something I do myself.
Its like going through self checkout and paying a company to do so. But good Ice cream

I had the pistachio gelato with kiwi boba. Strange combination but it was surprisingly tasty! ?

A little disappointed in the set up! Every-time I’ve gone to get a evening treat, there fruit toppings are always out of stock no cool whip and the Kiwi is always mixed with other stuff like the boba which sucks when you have a kiwi allergy!

It’s fine. The yogurt has an odd flavor that tastes like medicine. And why ask for a tip if it’s self-serve?!
I liked it. I'll go back every now and then for a treat.
This is the premiere frozen yogurt place. Lots of selections and toppings.
Topping selections have slimmed down, they didn't have chocolate covered almonds or cheesecake- my favorites. The brownie bites were terrible and unfortunately I had a good spoonful of them ruining my dessert. Used to be a much better experience- cleanliness, friendliness, value. Now, cutting costs and raising prices is the vibe...

Janet who works there is super helpful and friendly . She even went over and beyond to ask everyone who was sitting if they were enjoying everything . You don’t see that to much anymore so what a great employee you guys have !
It's great but a bit pricey for what u get.
