My family and I have visited this establishment a lot within a few months. It’s been a family favorite for years. On different occasions we’ve gone there’s been a long line for people to pay for their yogurt. The wait is due to the cashier being nonexistent. The cashier is somewhere in the back doing god knows what while the lobby is filled. It seems that there’s only 1 employee working during the times I’ve gone which in my opinion is an unsafe work environment especially in today’s society of high crime. If an employee is attending to the operations in the back then another employee should be required to monitor the lobby. Not 1 employee doing both because that leaves room for people to walk out and not pay which I’ve seen happen already.
Lastly, some if not, most of the flavors are out.
This place is so consistent if you like (LOVE) FroYo. Have been eating European tart for 15 years, today tried the peach sorbet (8.5/10 only because of the Hawaiian fruit sorbet (10/10)). Also enjoyed the banana pudding and, of course, euro tart. Plenty of fresh toppings, fruits and nuts aside from the candies. And plenty of inside and outside seating. Will come back!
Always a great visit after a long walk around the river trails. Perfect !
More than half of their selections were out, all the toppings were nonexistent and the girl was to busy talking on the phone to even great us. Sitting on counters where food goes as well 🤮🤮🤮 NO THANKS!
Nice staff.
We come here every Tuesday after church, so we’ve given this place plenty of chances. But $50 for self-serve ice cream for three people? That’s just crazy. We make it ourselves, they don’t even scoop it for you and yet they still ask for tips.
Jasmine deserves 5 stars, she engaged and helped us above and beyond. I went in with my son, who’s almost 5. She saw my hands where fuller than I intended and so kindly helped him with some of the toppings, grabbed a balloon for him, and got him a cute kiwi mask from the kids area.
This morning he asked to go back so he could get a balloon! (Of course chocolate ice cream was mentioned next, but balloon was first!)
The reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because this was one experience out of many. And almost every time I’ve gone, I hardly even get the person working there to look at me.
Most importantly, thank you, Jasmine! Our afternoon was ultra cool after our visit.
The customer service was a bit dismissive, but pointed out I had an option to provide them a tip. Ony two dairy free options smh, but TONS of dyes and excessively processed toppings.
The containers to hold whatever selection is needed are so large, no child friendly size.
Great place. You can find different flavors every time. The staff is always friendly.
Tabitha is literally amazing! I miss seeing her face every time I go in! One of the best employees with the best customer service!

Had an issue with an in-app gift card not working and they still took care of me. Great customer service.
Location was filthy. Seats were dirty and the floor was extremely dirty and sticky, cashier couldn't be asked for assistance without scoffing, toppings trays were empty (very little selection), the yogurt was being dispensed as a liquid and was not frozen. The cashier was complaining of feeling extremely sick, even customers commented on her visible sickness.
Maybe we visited on the wrong day.
Having made the trip specifically with my family, I was set aback that signs everywhere and immediately told two steps in the door, “cash only.” Half as many customers turning away this location. What, are they bagging the cash behind the owners back? Who does that? And how long will it go on?
Google says open until 11 PM. Arrived at 10:05 and doors were locked.
The food was good. I havent had frozen yogurt before but its really just a smooth ice cream. Really good deals on pints sometimes. The asking to tip is kinda mid for a self serve ordeal. Shows the buisness is relying on gratuity to pay its employees to a degree which is off for something I do myself.
Its like going through self checkout and paying a company to do so. But good Ice cream
