Absolutely loved my visit to Menchie’s on Menaul Blvd! I popped in for a quick snack and ended up having one of the best frozen yogurt experiences ever. The variety of yogurt and sorbet flavors was incredible—something for every craving—and the toppings bar was next-level. Everything was fresh, fun, and delicious.

The staff? Superstars. Genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience. The shop itself was spotless, cozy, and had a chill, upbeat vibe that made it feel like a little oasis in the middle of a busy day.

If you’re anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. This Menchie’s location is a gem!

We drove in from Houston and were so happy to find Menchie’s right near our hotel! Parking was easy, and it’s conveniently located just outside the mall and shopping area. The frozen yogurt was fresh and delicious, with so many flavors and toppings to choose from. The store was clean, and the staff made us feel welcome. A sweet and fun treat after a long drive—highly recommend!

Visited on 2/4 and was severely disappointed. Minimal flavors available and the ones that were, were soupy and not frozen. Toppings were ok, but the half of the sauces were empty.

Had a tough day and went in to treat myself to some frozen yogurt—something I was looking forward to it with a decent chance of it being the highlight of my day. And I don’t expect spectacular customer service but this was a horrible experience.

When walking in there were no staff members in sight. I picked up a cup and went to deliberate over froyo flavors—though theres perhaps a dozen terminals only 3-4 were working. I chose the pure chocolate flavor which came out the machine quite watery. I selected my toppings—the only uneventful piece of the visit. I then went to the register, with two staff members (one masc and one femme) having come up front just moments previous. I popped my froyo on the scale and when the prompt came up on the screen I started typing in my phone number for my rewards account. In the 5-10 seconds it takes to type in my phone number the masc staff person asks if I had a rewards account, I said yes, (though I learned somehow he heard no) and he cancelled the option for me to finish typing in my phone number. I brought this to his attention. He brought up the screen a second time again cancelling it while I was typing in my number. At this point I can’t help but feel it’s intentional. I start to ask him what’s happening but instead retreat inside my own head. Finally he brought up the screen a third time, I successfully entered my phone number, tapped my card to purchase, acknowledged the awkward silence from the two staff members and walked out with my froyo—utterly defeated.

How dare this company ask for a tip at all when they do not even train their employees in Customer Service!RULE #1 -ALWAYS GREET THE CUSTOMER WHEN THEY WALK IN. It would go something like this..."Hello, Welcome to Menchie's Frozen Yogurt. My name is ____________ thank you for coming in today. I am here if you have any questions." With a SMILE!Servers bust their butt and get paid much less than minimum wage they deserve their tips - NOT Your front girl who stands there bored and not observant doing NOTHING!How dare this company ask me to tip at all, you should be able to pay your own employees for their work. A tip is for going above and beyond, and the next generation can't even hit the mark for standard customer service. Also, you didn't have any vanilla, which is what I wanted - I should have walked out then.Dear Manager,You are a sad excuse of a manager. You take no responsibility and you are asking the customer to take the hit. When you put a tip Jar on your counter you are asking for a tip. This is a way of pay for Artist on the streets. When your credit card machine states a percentage and tip amount, you are asking for a tip. When it is MY choice to tip, there would be nothing to emply I should. Servers can't ask for a Tip or put out a jar and they make LESS than MINIMUM WAGE. Your employees are paid enough fortheir task. You and your company suck at training man up! I've trained 16 year olds who never served to get on the floor making 20% in tips. You just don't know what you are doing. Your standards are low and your excuses are lame. I will not Support MENCHIE'S AGAIN! Your company is officially on my Band list.I would rate you again with a single star with this message if I was allowed. The Manager is incapable of doing their job obviously!

It's 10:00 on Saturday and our group was just asked to leave because the cashier said they're closed even though we had all just purchased 8 frozen yogurts. The window says open to 11 on Friday and Saturday and it was raining outside. It was pretty rude.We did the escape room next door beforehand and noticed the 20% off coupon and went to have dessert. Limited selection of flavors and rude customer service. We regret leaving tips when we got shooed out as soon as we purchased.

Great customer service at this location! Si was so accommodating and friendly. I went in with 3 kids by myself. He offered us a high chair and made balloons for all the kids. Thank you for such a great experience Si!
