Went for my birthday in May and I was blown away by our experience. They gave us the absolute best service experience I’ve ever had, which I very much appreciate as a server myself. They made a dessert that wasn’t on the menu based on my dietary restrictions to celebrate my birthday. We ordered the rainbow trout and the steak and could have licked the plates clean. A+ on all accounts, big fan, and thank you to our server, Dominic, for giving us such a great experience!

The food here was ok. Expensive for what it is and the server was a little pretentious when asking about the dishes. I tried the burger and my husband got the half chicken. For the price, I don’t know that I would recommend either. Although the biscuits were good, they are pretty much red lobster biscuits with green chilies (two for $8), with a side of red chili honey butter. Wouldn’t really recommend unless you just want to go to a low-key, higher end restaurant with just ok food.

Came here the Saturday after thanksgiving for a shared birthday dinner courtesy of my in-laws for my husband and me. I had the venison rack which was AMAZING but everything I tasted was phenomenal. My husband’s steak tartare tostada was also incredible. The restaurant also gave us each a personal ice cream cake with a candle to celebrate us which was really special. Lastly, I had a passion fruit almond spritzer as a non-alcoholic beverage and it was spectacular. I’m very excited to go back!!

Every bite was a tantalizing tastebud experience! Very creative, layers of flavor. It all worked. Steak tartare tostada and grilled beets with white BBQ sauce. Who would have thought? Excellent attentive service.

Of course we ordered too much, but everything was outstanding. Be aware it's beer and wine only, but the unique dishes and great service make that a non issue. If you're in ABQ, this is the place to eat.
