Responsiveness and service at the counter was poor on our most recent visit. In the past, coffee quality had also been better. Although not particularly friendly in the past, now one feels almost ignored, as the three people "serving" talked amongst themselves, and didn't acknowledge customers. A pity. The place is bright and has a beautiful courtyard.

What a clean, well thought out coffee house. They roast beanson site. The light roast is what i had, it was a great choice. They have alternatives to milk. Macademia, oat and soy milk. My son had the espresso it was also delicious.. Lookedlikean eclectic crowd of University students and business folks.. I highly recomend.

Not the swankiest coffee shop I have ever been too. But it might just be the tastiest. Absolutely delicious coffee every single time. Incredibly reliable and amazing assortment of coffees. Those that know .....know. just mention the name and watch everyone's reaction. They are the gold standard for coffee. Love them period. Team members are also great, friendly and knowledgeable. They will answer all of your coffee questions.

Their hot chocolate is very good with a smooth creamy taste. The multiberry scone my wife got was good with a subtle citrus flavor! We haven’t been here is a while and this Saturday morning there are a lot of people on there computers either working or doing homework… calm atmosphere and friendly people and staff!Recommended

I was looking for good Sumatra beans and used to getting a rich, black bean wet with oil. Their coffee was brown and dry and off flavor but quite expensive. 2 pounds for over $50. The staff is... Interesting.

The coffee is always good but I am pretty disappointed in the service. I ordered a simple americano and despite standing at the pick up line for 15 minutes, everyone else (who ordered at least 2-3 people behind me) got their complicated lattes and machas. Staff didn’t seem to care that they completely forgot about my coffee and hurriedly made it when I ask about it; mumbling an insincere apology.

I discovered Michael Thomas coffee while staying in a Casita close by with my husband during a family visit for Christmas. I treasured my early morning walks while everyone slept having my coffee and pastries and reading their selection of newspapers and magazines.Parking: Free parking on the street.Kid-friendliness: I always saw young families with small children in a separate room inside and on the open patio on the street and a closed garden patio.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp to the entrance. The interior is open with hardwood floors and concrete floors.

BEST COFFEE I'VE EVER HAD! I got a caramel latte, and it was perfect! Not bitter or too sweet! Customer service was amazing. They were so friendly. 10/10

First time here, their drip coffee was quite delicious, and the service was great. Only downside was trying to find parking.

I went for the first time to get coffee, there were 3 baristas and it took them 15 minutes to give me my coffee and it literally tastes bad. If you want a good place to study this is it but for a quick coffee absolutely not
