We had a reservation for 6:15 and we're finally seated at 7:40. The food was good. The service was terrible. The waiter was not friendly and he kept forgetting what we ordered. He also never once refilled our drinks.

We had a reservation for 6:15, but when we got there at 6:10, we were told that wait would be an hour to an hour and a half. We had a 3 year old and it would have been too much for her, so we left without checking in. Ended up eating pizza for our Thanksgiving dinner. VERY disappointed at the poor planning of the restaurant.

Something really broke down behind the scenes with Mimi's last night. My family and I made reservations a month in advance for Thanksgiving dinner. I feel like the restaurant accepted far more reservations than they could handle. We showed up ten minutes before our reservation time and we were told that they were running over an hour behind on reservations. We were not actually shown to a table until 75 minutes after our reservation time. I checked OpenTable while we were waiting to be sat and they were STILL accepting reservations for last night, like they didn't already have a lobby full of people waiting to be sat. I hope that they can learn from this for the future and not accept more reservations than they can handle. Other than that, it was a great experience. Our food and service were both excellent!

There were a lot of people on Thanksgiving Day but the atmosphere was upbeat and fun, the food plentiful, good and a good value with excellent the service.

If you are going to offer a special holiday service make sure you know how to book reservations and run a restaurant. . Our reservation was at 4:30pm. We were not seated untill 6:00pm!! Yes it was Thanksgiv8ng but this long of a wait is unacceptable. No ones food is good enough to wait that long and being a holiday there was no alternative eating options available ( we looked!). Drinks were late, bar was out of some liquors requests. Appetizers and main meal all came at the same time. Service was rushed and conveyed to us that we should also rush. Management was not publically present and nothing was done to ease the frustration of the long wait or convey any type of apology. The servers were pleasant but obviously frazzled. Food was tasty.

We had a 1.5 hour wait. Everything else was ok. Food was a bit cold. We made the best out of challenging day.

It was a great Thanksgiving! Thank you to the staff who were so very kind, despite many grumbling customers about wait time. We were just grateful for Mimi's providing a wonderful Thanksgiving meal, and warm hospitality!

It was hectic with the large crowd and very late sitting but the food and service was amazing. But it was Thanksgiving. Thank you

Hi, I had never been to Mimi's Café before and it was a nice restaurant. Overall our Thanksgiving experience there was OK. The plated food was good and there was more then enough for me and my daughter. The dessert poor. That might have been the worst pecan pie I have every had and the pumpkin pie was OK. The biggest complaint was time to get seated. We had a 1:30 reservation and was not seated until 3:15. I would understand that if you were on a waiting list, but not with a reservation. What is the point of the reservation. Seems like a nice restaurant and we might try it again sometime, but never again at a holiday.

We were finally seated 1 hour and 45 minutes past our reservation time. There was no place to sit or stand inside and little space outside. Once we were seated, the food was very good and the server was doing their best. There were not enough servers for the crowds. I will never come back for a holiday dinner. I will come back on other days because I like your food.

We were there for the Thanksgiving meal, our reservation was for 12:30 but we didn't get seated until 1:45. It seems the reservation system/software may not be properly functioning as a reservation should guarantee a table within 15-20 minutes of that reservation. However, the food was delicious and our waitress was outstanding - she was on top of it despite being incredibly busy. We like dining at Mimi's and will still continue to do so.

The whole check in process was confusing. We waited 45 minutes after our scheduled time to be sat at our table. They were grossly understaffed. The food was ok. The bartender who was also the waitress for our section was doing her best to keep up but it was too much even for her. She kept her cool though and that was admirable. All in all might go again but not for a holiday meal.

Thanksgiving Lunch, reservations required. The pace was packed but the staff did a great job of getting everyone checked in and seated. Turkey was good except for dark meat, leg meat probably deboned by a machine, gristle on several bites. Wait staff was doing a fine job.

Extremely disappointing experience when made reservation, it stated special thanksgiving menu OR reg menu but there was only Thanksgiving meal available zero options. Arrived about 11 for 1115 reaercation seated 1140. Took 25 minutes to get water. My husband ordered coffee at same time received 40 minutes later after 3 reminders, son's drink order was wrong, took 1 hour for appetizer which was about 10 chips for a table of 6. We had to ask different server to bring or we likely never would have got. When food was finally served, we were served all at different times. In fact my daughter‘s dish did not even get to her until we were all ready to leave because all of us ultimately packed our food to go because it was all served cold so we decided to take home to heat. It took two hours for some of the worst service I've ever received cold food — overall a very disappointing and terrible experience.

Mimi's food was fine. Exactly what we expected. However, the service seemed to struggle. While they were friendly, I think they were inexperienced. They were out of several menu items. Our first beverage request was a local beer, which they were out, so they had our second option. We waited quite a while and received two bottles . . . With no glass. It was delivered when requested. They are trying but I hope they can step it up soon.
