The staff here is exceptional. Some of the best customer service in Albuquerque, by far. They are always so genuinely nice. I come here often to pick up door dash orders as well and I have never had an unpleasant encounter with any of the staff. Great food, better people!!

Had a great dinner on Saturday night with my family here, especially loved the coconut margarita and blue corn enchiladas. There was a mariachi band playing, so sometimes it was a little too loud for conversation, but they moved through the restaurant so it was never too loud for long. Fantastic service!

If it wasn’t for other family members on the way, I would’ve left immediately. The person behind the front desk (bald), was flat out RUDE! Good thing our service was better. I can’t recall the young ladies names but they were very good. The food was good as well.

One of the nice things about visiting a different city is having friends who are locals. Our cousins told us that they come here once a week. Busy, no reservations, but our 20 minute wait turned into 10. Food is great, service wonderfully friendly

I have been going to Monroes for at least 30 years and I had my Grandson come into town so we went to eat very disappointed. No Sopas with dinner. Service was horrible. New management? Won't go back. If the original owner was always very pleasant.
