New Mexican food at its best, The red chili is really good and it's not bitter a lot of places have good red chili but the chili is bitter after you've eaten it Monroe's does the right thing with their chili so it's not bitter after you've eaten it and you just enjoy the full flavor of the red chili they also have great green chili as well as they ship their chilies to those overseas so if you have military family members this is a great place to send...

The New Mexican food in this restaurant is absolutely the best in town! Everything we ordered was spot on, the service was extraordinary which is a welcome surprise. The restaurant was clean, the people working there were kind and attentive. Thank you for an amazing dining experience. For dessert we ordered their sopapillas and honey…again the best in town!

The service was awesome. They were training new people and the staff was on top of everything. They share the tips and you could tell customer service is a big priority. The food was good and the place was clean. I enjoyed the Chimichanga plate
