This place is quite a throwback inside. The food is always good. I normally get a steak and it's cooked how I like it each time. Monte Carlo was opened by a family with Greek roots so there are some Greek items on the menu.
We (4 of us) were in town for the Balloon Festival so most places were very busy. We stumbled onto this restaurant based on a recommendation from a clerk at our hotel. It was busy but, worth the wait. The experience was great, from the regulars we met at the bar to the service at our table - it exceeded our expectations. The ribeye was flavorful and cooked to perfection! We will probably not be back (we live in Arizona)but, we recommend the Monte Carlo for a fun evening!
I hadn't been here in a long time. I had the surf and turf. The fried shrimp were delicious, and the stake was cooked perfectly. It could of used a pinch more salt, and that is nit-picking. It is a very cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this place.
