Our time spent this evening was one of the worst dining experiences we have experienced in a long time. From the initial greeting to the wait for the check, M'tucci's failed miserably. We arrived at our reservation time and we were seated promptly. However, the hostess did not greet or welcome us to the restaurant. Not a word was said. We were seated at a four top, right next to the entrance/exit to the kitchen. We then waited 10 minutes for our server. Our server was morose and lacked any interest in helping us. In fact, I joked that she had less personality than a Disney animatron. She took our drink order, but did not ask about starters. We then waited fifteen minutes for our drinks to arrive. The drinks were excellent. We then waited another 15 minutes for our server to take our order. We ordered a bread basket, two large salads to split (4 of us) and four entries. We then waited another 20 minutes. Still no bread or salad. Noticing our server at the next table, I asked her when our bread would arrive. Her reply, “There are many people here.”, implying that I was being impatient and just needed to wait. So, I asked again. Her response, “ I'll get the manager”. All I wanted to know is when we would get our sales and bread. 5 minutes later, the manager shows up with the bread basket and salads. She then proceeded to chastise me for asking the server about the bread. Quote,” the server only takes the order and has nothing to do with the bread thereafter.” WOW! I asked her who we should have directed our query to, if not the server. Her response, “Did you expect to get your bread before other diners who had arrived before us.?” This was asked 25 minutes after we had ordered the salads and bread. To add insult to injury, the bread basket consisted of 3 1/2 slices of dry sourdough bread.($4). After another 20 minutes, we received the entries. The pasta was underdone in all the dishes. M'tuccis failed.

I love their eggplant parm. Diego makes a great martini. We always sit in the bar where we can watch the games.

My wife and I made last minute reservation for Mother's Day Lunch and were very pleasantly surprised. We generally prefer some of the other M'Tuccis, but had great experience at this one today. Despite heavy crowd, the manager was helping supplement wait staff which was much appreciated. We sat outside, which was extremely pleasant, especially with the perfect weather. The food was all excellent ... Caprese, Pork Chop, and Eggplant Parm, and the special lemon bar dessert was amazing. Also enjoyed the bottle of Mimosa's, which was a great deal.

This was the first time eating at this restaurant. Everything that we ordered tasted fabulous. It was a culinary delight.

We went to M'tucci's Twenty-five after attending a show at the university. The food was very fresh and flavorful. We shared a beet salad that was excellent and also had the special of the day lasagna. It was topped with a creamy sauce and just wonderful.

In most Italian restaurants the have complimentary bread w/olive oil-none. A member of our group is allergic to raw onion & the salad was correct HOWEVER; the main dish- Ravioli had raw onion on top so the dish had to be redone & all the other members of the group were eating. It was a luncheon w/no alcohol and 4 attendees and the bill came out to over $200.... I was very disappointed and will not be going back. Server was amazing and compassionate though!😃

Great food, had lobster ravioli & 2 hangar steak entrees. Food was fantastic, although had to ask for beverage refills multiple times. Very polite & friendly server, however inattentive and after paying, he disappeared.

Belated bday celebration with a friend. Our server, Ashley, was fantastic. The meal was good; however, I ordered my entree with no scallions and it came with scallions. I picked them out instead of sending the meal back.

Everything was beyond PERFECT! Our server (Charles L.) was on point the entire time we were there. We were celebrating a birthday and Charles L. made it extra special.

My food was very good. Waiter was rushed and didn't pay much attention. Never gave us the specials and didn't come back to check on us. Was hard to flag down to get the check, bread came more or less as desert.

Friday lunch at 11:30 my table ordered the '16$- 30 minute lunch special'.
Pasta dishes were cooked al dente in the early morning and never re- immersed in hot water to soften and cook a bit more, Before the sauces were poured on top. It had glutenized and congealed in the kitchen , then served. Omg 😲... that was unedible. The argula/spinach ceasar salad was room temperature, two leaves of spinach and tiny leaves of arugula with too much dressing that again was not chilled.
The shrimp appetizer was very good. Stick with appetizers.

Horrible rubbery chicken, that wasn’t even edible. Worst Italian food I’ve ever eaten. You are better off getting a microwaveable TV dinner as it will taste way better than this place.

Meals were inventive, well-presented, and tasty. Beef and lamb were done just right! Really enjoyed the affigato between courses. Almost too much food. Hard to feed that many people without some glitches.
