We've been wanting to try this for a long time. We finally made it...excellent food, friendly service and a clean and cozy atmosphere.

The employee's were very friendly and made sure to seat us as soon as we arrived. The Ramen was amazing. The pork belly was cooked to perfection and the noodles weren't to soft. Also got the shrimp tempura and it was cooked perfectly had the perfect crunch and wasn't to oily either. Will definitely be coming back.

I used to love coming here but the new management/owners switched the fresh ingredients with frozen produce. The Ramen isnt the same, I am really sad since I have been coming here for years. When we complained the meat in the Tonkatsu was cold they replied its normal since its frozen...

Came to try the Pork Fried rice, but was unavailable. So I tried the Black Tonkutsu. Highly recommend this! Added some Shrimp Tempura as a side and was very impressed with the crispy of the batter! Will be coming back

I’ve done take out and dine in orders. Both time I asked for extra chashu pork and it wasn’t there. I wasn’t going to bother asking the to correct it because we couldn’t even get the servers attention for forks for my kids. My husbands tempura order was incorrect so they brought him some free shrimp tempura since that’s what they made. The staff is young. They were talking trash about the kitchen staff I’m assuming because they don’t speak English. The menu is very limited. Chili oil is very bland. The staff was cursing quite a bit but could be heard. I tried it twice to give them the benefit of the doubt. But nope. By the way didn’t get the water I asked for with my hot tea.

The ramen restaurant right next door to this miserable place and only a few feet to the east is excellent. Go there instead.

Ordinary noodles/ramen, terrible service. We waited 20 minutes for just a bowl of ramen.

The shoyu ramen is absolutely to die for, and the karaage is perfect. Atmosphere and staff are lovely, having the kitchen in the middle of the restaurant is homey in the best way. Reminds me of a wonderful time in my life!

Came by this place a few days ago during lunch. Amazing. Came back for dinner tonight. Terrible. 0 stars. It took them 23 minutes to complete an order of two pot stickers to go. The kitchen was doing great work. The service staff; just bad. Clueless. It wasnt busy and they werent friendly or proactive. Pretty sure the server that answered the phone forgot to ring in the order. Tables sitting that hadnt been helped. Customers standing looking for guidance on self seating or wait to be sat. Total dissappointed. Definitely won’t be back for dinner.

Food presentation was aesthetically pleasing. But the flavor was lacking for a ramen. I would not say I am a ramen connoisseur, but I have had dozens if not hundreds of ramens from San Francisco Bay Area and internationally such as Japan. The flavor could be improved.

Atmosphere was in line with a friendly and fun environment. I just wish the food matched the atmosphere better, especially if the main reason someone is going to a restaurant is to eat good food. Socialization would be secondary for me for a restaurant that should be this type of caliber.

I ordered the Naruto ramen and seaweed salad. Seaweed salad was pretty good.

Staff were friendly and tentative.
