Spectacular customer service!!! Very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The tea they had as a sample was absolutely delicious and so were the drinks we ordered to go. Lavender Love was my favorite!! The other was also very delicious and was the Carmel Macchiato “frappe”. I can’t wait to try the loose leaf tea we purchased but I already have high expectations because the drinks we tried were already so good. I will definitely be ordering from them online since I live over an hr away!

Wow! Try this place. My boyfriend and I were just trying to find a place that had some loose leaf tea to give as a gift for a friend, and we even joked on the way about “I bet this place is a tourist trap and the same everywhere” NOPE! We walked up and started talking with Moon, the owner, and she was so knowledgeable about each of the herbs, how your body reacts to each one, and she helped pick out the best gift. They give people the wrong tea and when you call they won't return calls, very unprofessional they told me they have a tea for women and one for men we bought both and they are both the same they have the same taste and smell look identical , at first they gave me the wrong jar it was Ginger and peach when they told me it was hibiscus and mint Rhonda the manager tells me they don't have that but I have the jar with their label on it I sent her the picture and that's when they started avoiding me at 29.00 a jar you would hope they would want to please the customer, when I called to tell them they are avoiding me . Fraud I tell you. Don't buy the tea in the jars not worth it. they are not legit.
