Always fresh, healthy, and delicious! Nekter is my go-to when I’m in snack mode or want to indulge without guilt. The staff is helpful, service is solid, and the cool AC plus upbeat vibe make it feel like a mini sanctuary. Perfect any time of day — love the protein add-ins and extras. So glad this spot exists — it is the only Nekter in NM!

Today I had a very positive experience at Nékter. I went here and the cashier was very welcoming and happy to help me. I asked her name and she said it was Mia. I am very thankful that you have employees who are ready and willing to help me, especially Mia who brightened my day. I plan on coming back when I know Mia is working.

Went to Nektar because the usual juice shop I go to Juice Ritual closes at 2:00 on Sundays. I got there at 5:42 and the store closes at 6:00. I was told by the worker they closed the juice machine because they were closing in 15 minutes. I then saw juices in bottles on a fridge by the side. I asked her when they were made and she said it was listed on the bottle but it did not say when they were made only when they expired 21 days from today. I bought a few bottles and the attendant didn’t even say thank you even though I left a 20% tip. The juice was also not that good. Once I left the store her and her co-worker started closing the store 10 minutes early. Plan not to go back there.

Consistently yummy and fresh! I love the PB chia- a recipe I can’t seem to replicate at home!! Always delicious. Would love if the inside space had some music or ambience noise, that’s the only thing I can think might elevate the experience even more!

I had been getting the PB&J smoothie here once a week for the past year and it was one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had. Until today when I went in and got one, it was so thick and tasted like you were trying to suck straight PB through the straw. Undrinkable! I went back in to ask them to remake it and the girl told me there was a recent recipe change and that next time I needed to ask for less PB. She then remade the smoothie with “less PB” and same thing. Completely undrinkable. It was the same consistency as trying to drink a McFlurry from McDonald’s through a straw. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back while they keep these “recipe changes”.

Today I ordered for the first time for delivery, and I love that they use a tamper-evident seal. That is very important to me upon delivery. My skinny lemonade is delicious. I tried the turmeric citrus; I was hoping it would help reduce some inflammation I'm having in my ear, associated with pain. I also ordered a chia parfait, and it is scrumptious. Never will I ever come back to this dump. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Girls behind the counter were super rude. I found a hair in my açaí bowl. I watched the girls go from handling cash to messing with their hair and then to making a bowl without washing their hands. After I got past the hair because I thought it could’ve been mine but was almost positive it wasn’t (but that’s what I told myself), I sat down in the lobby only to look down and see ants crawling along the baseboard. (For this I have filed a complaint with the health department). This place is truly disgusting and the staff don’t have any sort of customer service in the world. Just from being there for 15 minutes I could tell it was more important for the girls to gossip than to prepare orders. I recommend going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe or even Rush Bowl way better product and definitely kinder and more helpful staff. And if all of that doesn’t persuade you into going someplace else, a friend of mine went in and could hear the older lady yelling at I’m assuming her employees in front of other staff. Very unprofessional. If you have a problem with an employee handle it privately.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt like I had to after this experience. I ordered a protein smoothie and a green juice — they completely forgot about my green juice. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes before I kindly reminded them. Instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake right away, the girls working there started laughing like it was some kind of joke. That was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of that, it still took them a long time to make my juice. Very disappointing experience.
