Nestle Toll House Cafe by Chip - Paseo del Norte

Went here to get a cookie cake for my step daughters birthday because I thought it would be better quality than the ones from walmart or smiths. Boy, was I wrong. Stale, old, and not cheap. Pretty disappointed.

Great cookies, I’ve been going here for years. They recently changed ownership and since then I have noticed the chocolate chip cookies are half the size they used to be and smaller than the rest of the cookies, while still costing $1.99/each. I was hopeful this was a one time mistake although I’ve noticed the last four times I’ve gone in. Coincidence? Or new money-saving tactic by Chip?

The blonde girl who took my order seemed impatient and bothered. I regret tipping her at all. Our 13 cookies were sloppily crammed into a small box. The cookies tasted stale.Save your money, this location has gone down hill lately.

Service was great, staff very friendly when we entered.Cookies however, disappointing. Part of our purchase included two cookie cake slices, half burnt and covered it with frosting.

Pricey but better than supermarket cookies. If you want to tell folks, I baked them myself, get your fraudulent cookies here, not at Walmart.

Fun deserts that break from the norm. I didn't realize they had so much to offer. Workers were very knowledgeable about products and sales.

This is an amazing cookie store! Not only do they have cookies and cookie cakes, but Ice cream and coffees too! Cookies are always fresh!

This location Staff and Manager are awesome!! They go over and beyond for their customers! I was asking about a day if they be open they were able to text me! I have never experienced that! We order a cookie cake for a graduation a couple weeks ago and they were super nice and were able to answer all of our questions! Your staff is the best! See you again soon! thank you thank you! :)

Excellent place to get your sweet tooth satisfied. A bit on the pricy end, but well worth your dollars if you don't mind buying yesterday's stuff!

All of the ladies in here were so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to rush a last minute order(my lack of planning). Everything looks and tastes amazing.

Service sucked. When I walked in there were 2 couples at a tables and no one else. I stood around for a few minutes then when someone walked in they help him right away. I still stood there just waiting all the employees walked by me several time and 2 out of them looked at me and said nothing. A few minutes later a group comes in and right away someone walks to them to service them. That’s when I spoke up and finally got some service. The only thing that kept me from walking out is that my kiddo was with me and she was looking forward to getting cookies.

900,000 dead...masks optional. I work in the medical field and I fight everyday to keep people alive at the risk of my own life. This is a slap in the face. It's like burning the American flag in front of U.S. soldiers who fight for your freedom. Except in this case you kill people. I won't be returning, ever.

The ice cream and cookies here are great! However, I was very disappointed to see that none of the several employees were wearing masks, even as we have a mask mandate here, and as Omicron spikes to high levels. Please improve!!!!
