I recently had an issue with a mail order bag of whole beans - Teesh went over and above to make the issue right and I found myself surprised and delighted. This, by itself, should be praised but the great customer service on top of the great coffee has made me a lifetime customer.
Great coffee worth the drive from California just for the coffee. Blew about 300 bucks worth every cent. Starbucks has nothing on New Mexico piñon coffee!!!

Living in PA, we order from New Mexico Pinon Coffee regularly. Other than one time when the delivery service sent our order to CA, all of our orders have arrived just as we ordered them in a prompt manner. We are as pleased with their service as we are with their coffee!
