I'm new to the world of tea and the staff here went above and beyond answering my questions. Not only did they explain differences between various teas and help me with preparation tips, but they took the time to help me with a custom blend to accommodate dietary restrictions. My only feedback for the business is that it would be helpful to provide full ingredient lists rather than list "natural flavors," which could be any number of things.

Great quality and fantastic prices. You can shop in store with super friendly staff. You can also order online for pick up or delivery via mail.

Very cute shop with lots of knick-knacks. If you are looking to venture out of your norm when it comes to teas, this is the place to go. Found some teas that I hadn't seen anywhere else and the shop owner was very informative and helpful in helping us decide on a tea option. Was even helpful in teaching us how to properly prepare matcha. It was a nice spot to visit while visiting Albuquerque, NM.

Best tea in town! Shopping in store is a great experience the staff is kind and helpful. Ordering for home delivery is quick and easy too if you don’t have the time to run down to the store. I now have new favorite teas for all my moods.

They (NMTeaCo) are an oasis in the city. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to share their insight. The store is charming and inviting to browse. The selection of teas is incredible, and I look forward to trying them all!

Ordering tea from New Mexico Tea for years. It always delivers high quality tea. Recent favorite is hibiscus. The leaves are clean, give good fragrance and beautiful color with no artificial elements. I ordered some other teas as well this time and planned to give them to my friends. The sample package of the Oolong prickly pear tea is so cute. Appreciate you guys providing high quality teas and reliable customer service.

This is by far my favorite tea spot in town. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and take the time to explain the process and find a tea that is specific to your needs. Additionally, Shawn was kind enough to donate a couple of tea collections to my Sunshine Committee at my school so that our staff could enjoy their selection as well! Awesome place!

Best tea and customer service ever!! I was almost out of my favorite Brainy Blend tea (the best!!) and they got it shipped to me in 2 days all the way to Michigan! I love this company and will be a customer forever!

Oh my goodness...the trip is worthwhile just to smell the teas! Such an extraordinary selection. So much guidance you'll receive to make your just right choice. Sample chai and browse a gorgeous selection of tea cups and accessories, noodle bowls, rugs, decor, journals and so much more. I found a beautiful kimono. Sign up for a free taste of tea monthly. Parking is on site and handicap accessible. Buy gift cards! Combine your trip with a visit to the many wonderful businesses nearby. Located at Mountain and 12th. This place has wonderful customer service with a great selection of teas, and knowledgeable staff.

The employees know their mixtures of tea and the bouquet of each of their flavors. From robust to mild or spicy. Need a strainer or art deco plates they have some of those too. A relaxing little building, easily mistaken for a home. Next to a bakery (Golden Crown Panaderia) that would pair well with some freshly purchased tea, a 2 for 1 deal, Enjoy!!
