Favorite place to go for soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), fried rice, and fried rice noodles.

The vegetables look and taste 10x fresher than anywhere I’ve eaten in the whole city of Albuquerque.

The staff is incredibly friendly, plus I’ve never had an order take longer than 15 minutes from ordering over phone call to pickup

Really delicious food and great service on Christmas Day! I was craving some Xiao Long Bao pork dumplings after seeing them on a food show. They didn’t disappoint. The fried beef noodles were also excellent. Overall very happy with the food.

Had the dandan noodles. The noodles themselves are great, but the sauce could use more punch. To be fair, I didn't add any chili oil. That probably would've been tasty.

Got the super tonkatsu ramen and it was delicious but only had 2 little pieces of pork. The pork it did have was marvelous though. I just felt it was a small portion of food with a high price tag.

This is a wonderfully fantastic place!! It is not your typical fast food Chinese food, it has more of an authentic traditional flavor. The service is quick, the food comes out fairly quick for how good and homemade it is. The noodles are fantastic and again, traditional.
And the customer service!! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I took my mom and friend there and they treated us like we were family and they were happy to have family visit 😅🥰 it was wonderful. Cannot recommend enough, truly!! Give this place a chance, got nothing to lose, only win 🥰🤗

We happened to wander into noodle works and we’re very pleased. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, SOON!

The dishes offered were not just the plain old every day items, but rather offered new experiences for your taste buds.

The food was prepared well, noodles seemed very much handmade, and the spices were great.

Today we tried noodle works for the first time. We sat down and placed our order. When the food came out I couldn't believe how much oil was in my food. I ordered chicken and some how got beef. I waited to get our bill to be sure I said chicken and not beef. My receipt said chicken. When I brought it to the servers attention she said. Oh that server is new... not I'm sorry that happend is there anything I can do for you etc. I then said will it wasn't very good anyways. Again she didnt say anything. She just took our credit card to check us out. The food was horrible, expensive and the restaurant was not very clean. I had to take my daughter to the bathroom. Filth going down the hall then into the bathroom. Where they had a baby changing table on the floor upside-down. Thankfully I did not need that. Needless to say we will not ever go back. I've trying to attached a picture of my food. So you can see there's so much oil in my meal it has separated.

I placed an order for the Beef Lanzhou Soup and Chicken Fried Noodle to go. The Beef Lanzhou soup is essentially chicken stock, small pieces of fatty beef and bok choy. The Chicken Fried Noodles were spaghetti noodles and greasy chicken. When calling the restaurant back to inquire about what I just picked up. I learned that Noodle Works does not have Hand Pulled Noodles even though they advertise on their menu. The chicken fried noodles stated that it was a Lo Mein noodle. But it is not. The restaurant clerk kept repeating sorry; that they serve all the same noodles in their dishes. Why advertise Hand Pulled noodles when that is not what you sell?

This is by far the worst chinese food I've had. It's very pricey. The special fried rice was overcooked, and there was some type of sauce all over it that is not normal. It was tangy/spicy and not listed in the description anywhere. The orange chicken was not good either. It looked great, but it was chewy and hard to eat. I will say the portions were good. I've also never gotten chinese food anywhere( sit down or take out) where you didn't get a fortune cookie. It might sound petty, but when you spend close to $50 and include a good tip (ordered online and picked up order), you expect it to be edible and a fortune cookie. Maybe I'm picky, but it's sad to me that everyone wants to be tipped for doing the job they are paid to do by the employer. I called to ask what was on my rice, I was met with a very rude person who had no answer for me and hung up. Maybe a bad day for them, I don't know, but I will never order or eat there again and will tell people to avoid them.

I ordered the Lanzhou beef noodle soup and it was quite tasty! I do wish the broth was a bit more spicy and flavorful. There were a lot of noodles and only some pieces of beef. The noodles were hand rolled and absolutely scrumptious! However, service was very quick and the staff were all super nice and friendly. I will definitely be back to try more dishes here.

The food was way too salty. I explained why I didn't eat it but they didn't care. Service was good but food.... I'll give them another chance.
