Nothing Bundt Cakes

Went in on Valentine's morning to get a gift for my husband and son. The lady at the counter was very rude and had an attitude like she couldn't be bothered, from the time I walked in. I will not be going back to this shop or recommending it to anyone!
It's sad that a lot of these businesses, have forgotten what customer service is!

reading prior reviews, it seems the theme of this establishment is poor customer service from one person in particular. Ordered twice this month and both times the older female could not be bothered to assist. Red velvet cake tasted different from the first time, I did not bother with the confetti bundt, ended up just throwing it away. Their curbside pickup process needs work and so does this lady's attitude. Thank you to the younger gentleman who did help out with both of my orders, I hope this place is actually good to you.

Parking: they offer curbside pickup, however it seems that their section is always taken. Doesn't answer their phones.

I went to buy an individual bundt cake in the flavor confetti. As i went in to take my first bite I got a hair pull. This hair was baked inside the cake.. For future reference I would recommend you wear hairnets so it doesn’t happen to a future customer because it really ruined the whole experience and grossed me out.

Adorably cozy little shop that serves the most delicious Bundt cakes! I love how they have new flavors every month. Highly recommended.

The cake is great but when you buy other items, just be aware that they don’t take reruns…and the front lady doesn’t even explain that

Ordered bundtinis for my dad's birthday and balloons. They were delicious and very moist, and decorated very cute. Every time I purchase a cake here, it's always been tasty!

I’m so upset. I just purchased a birthday cake for my nephew. The website says it serves 8. There is no way this tiny cake serves 8 nor does it look comparable to the picture at all! Look at the bow size of what came on my cake compared to the picture on the website. I had to buy an additional cake which I’m sure still won’t even be enough. I paid almost $60 after taxes. Not cool!

Not a good experience will never step foot in this business again. I won 4 gift cards from a contest to receive 4 free bundtlets. I was planning on buying a few extra and making 3 packs with gift wrap to gift children’s teachers for the holidays. I was told I was only allowed to use 1per day. That was not specified on the card. I was then told in a condescending tone, “looks like you need to rethink your gift ideas.” They were still receiving my business as I was purchasing additional cakes and gift wrapping. I would not recommend this place as they are not accommodating and the service is awful. I left in tears with the treatment I received.

Very rude and will not honor certificates. Lost my business

Today, we went in to buy some Bundt cakes for our kids. The two ladies in front did not greet us, was very rude with their tone and didn’t say thanks for coming in and have a nice day. They were nicer and greeted the two Caucasian family, that was before us. I don’t know if it’s because we are POC. We come here multiple times and it’s always the same treatment. Beware if you are POC or minority, you will get the same treatment as we did.

I bought a gift certificate and did not realize it expired a couple weeks ago and they refuse to let me use it, even though I’ve been sick and in the hospital. Not even a discount or anything to make up for it. I asked if they could call the owner and the lady was very rude and said no. That it’s not her problem. I am a regular and it’s horrible not to be treated correctly.

8/28/23 - Retrieved buy 1 get 1 free, and I purchased 1 additional carrot cake to check the size difference. I asked why the carrot cake was much smaller than all others and told, "The carrot cake is more dense," I said, really. They should charge less if smaller.Excuse how they look. I had a hard time getting them out of the package.8/18/23 - Did the buy 1 get 1 free. These little cakes are always such a great treat! I took the survey on the bottom of the receipt and received a free bundtlette with the purchase of one! I love it! Got the Snickerdoodle and Confetti! Love these cakes and love that if you give feedback you receive free items!
