Ordered for delivery today. It was 1 hr late. Called to confirm on order date. Called when it was late. Called for refund and they wouldn't give it to me because it was made. If it was made why wasnt it delivered on time?

As a FedEX driver this wonderful company gave me a free lemon cake while I was delivering their boxes.
It was the best cake I have ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have seen comments about bad customer service, I haven't noticed any every time I come in they are very nice :) Also, the store is very cute!

I had a bad first experience at this bakery. I had placed 2 orders to two different addresses on the same day. The driver swapped the orders and delivered them to the wrong address. One of the orders was also missing balloons. I called them and explained the situation. Rather than have them send out two more orders, I only requested that they give me a discount on my next experience. I spoke to the owner, and she refused a discount and basically blamed it all on the Uber driver.

Now, I understand that they work with third party contractors, but that is not my fault as a customer. As a customer, I expect a great experience throughout the whole process. At the end, I declined a refund on the balloons and opted to ask my credit card for a charge back. I did not have the patience to explain to this business owner over the phone what it means to have good customer service. I will not be purchasing from this chain again.

The employee that helped me for my birthday reward was extremely rude when I was having trouble with my rewards program. I was telling her how I’ve received my birthday gift every year and have never had any trouble before and she proceeded to stare at me and repeat that I wasn’t going to get the reward as I wasn’t a rewards member when I told her I’m in the app and can see that I am a rewards member. Overall she was very rude and made my experience that I look forward to every year awful and very awkward.

Deliciously sweet service and Cakes!!

I didn't know about this franchise until I saw a video on tik Tok by a fellow reviewer. This bakery is decorated very brightly with a cheerful vibe. They offered a variety of flavors along with sizes when it came to the bunt cakes. They all have the same design for the frosting with dedicated different toppers for decorations so it's simple and you just have to focus on what kind of cake you want to get. The staff was very friendly and the prices are reasonable too.

Only complaint is this is the third time I have arrived at the store only to find that their special will not be available today but should be available the next day. I live 30 miles away....so not convenient to return the next day. Did not receive a receipt....

Went in on Valentine's morning to get a gift for my husband and son. The lady at the counter was very rude and had an attitude like she couldn't be bothered, from the time I walked in. I will not be going back to this shop or recommending it to anyone!
It's sad that a lot of these businesses, have forgotten what customer service is!

reading prior reviews, it seems the theme of this establishment is poor customer service from one person in particular. Ordered twice this month and both times the older female could not be bothered to assist. Red velvet cake tasted different from the first time, I did not bother with the confetti bundt, ended up just throwing it away. Their curbside pickup process needs work and so does this lady's attitude. Thank you to the younger gentleman who did help out with both of my orders, I hope this place is actually good to you.

Parking: they offer curbside pickup, however it seems that their section is always taken. Doesn't answer their phones.

I went to buy an individual bundt cake in the flavor confetti. As i went in to take my first bite I got a hair pull. This hair was baked inside the cake.. For future reference I would recommend you wear hairnets so it doesn’t happen to a future customer because it really ruined the whole experience and grossed me out.
