Ok food. Like other reviewers, ordered a quesadilla with chicken and got no chicken. Atmosphere is weird. You could hear a pin drop. The lighting is very harsh. If they added some music and more warm lighting, and took orders better, it would be a much better experience.

The food is OK. I took the family while visiting on old town, Albuquerque. The kids had hamburgers, the wife had a veggie wrap which she really enjoyed. I had some chicken tacos. They were OK. I didn’t get rice and beans with my meal. It came out to four dollars per taco. My tacos were not seasoned well and they went very light on the meat. I don’t see my self eating here again.

I really like this place, also this is a family oriented café. The young kid who is the owner's son, did a wonderful service. He personally came to us asked us how we were doing, and made sure had everything we need. This kid is raised well and good job parents 👏 👍... We're traveling from San Francisco and highly recommend for this cafe... no doubt you will love it too... 💕

My boyfriend and I had a Sunday date in old town and decided to try the Old Town Cafe for lunch. We both got the frito pie and were so very disappointed. It looked like they just threw a handful in the box and called it a day. It was very greasy as well. It was not worth it for the price and the almost 20-minute wait.

We came to this café to dine in and ordered some coffees and food. Even for dine in customers they serve coffee in a paper cup. That defeats the whole purpose of sitting down to have a nice cup of coffee. If I wanted paper cups I would have gone to the drive through st Starbucks.

We were visiting Old Town Plaza and came in for a smoothie to cool us from the Summer heat. The smoothie was very refreshing. They also offer sandwiches and other hot foods, although we didn't order any. Very nice people.

We walked in because it looked like a quick place with cute local charm for a quick walkup meal. We ended up waiting almost an hour for a dry sandwich on wonder bread not sourdough and chips that probably came from gordon foods. There were a number of staff standing around in the kitchen while one very sweet girl ran her butt off and tried to offer chips and hear everyone’s worry about when their food was going to be ready. Not our best choice for our first meal in Albuquerque

After celebrating the 11:00am mass at San Felipe de Nero Catholic Church, my wife and I came here for lunch. This is a place you walk up to the counter to order, and then they give you a laminated card (on a metal stand) with a number.
We both ordered items that were listed separately from the rest of the menu. I got the green chili burger ($11.95) and my wife got the three soft tacos ($12.50). She also got an iced latte ($5.65).
The food was good overall, the service was great overall, and (according to my wife) the latte “was exceptional.”
