Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Not the best experience. When we were shown to our table and about to sit down we noticed that the floor under the table had not been swept at all. Had to stand and wait for the hostess to clean it up right in front of us. Table smelled like a bad vinegar solution and there were still crumbs leftover.

It took a while for our server to come and greet us. After taking drink orders she came back 30 minutes later to get our orders. Granted, we were waiting for one last person to arrive, but in that time she did not ask if we wanted appetizers or anything like that. I was also surprised she did not offer a dipping sauce for the breadsticks (i.e. no mention of their existence or that we could purchase them). Maybe it's been a while since I've had Olive Garden but I thought getting marinara on the side was standard.

The sun was setting around the time we were there, so it was blaring through the windows right into everyone's eyes which was pretty unpleasant.

Went in with a party of 13 for a meal after a viewing and we were waiting for a table when the hostess started talking about us "camping out" loudly with another employee. Already feeling emotional and now upset about being talked about and not feeling welcomed we decided to walk over to Texas Roadhouse where we were treated with friendly kind service. Love Olive Garden usually but this location was the worst at customer service and treated us terribly.

Update: Olive Garden Corp and location reached out and apologized. Felt heard and hopefully they use my experience to be better at this location.

Our order was missing an entree among other things such as croutons for the family size salad. Cheese silverware and we were brought the wrong soup. For $125.00 I expected more

No tip for this waitress. Service was crap for us but the three tables around us got what they needed and check on. I only got soup and salad and that was too much to handle for this waitress apparently. Never got to take what I didn’t finish because she never came around.

It became very expensive even if u go for the ninistrone soup

Waitress was not on her game. She forgot the cheese several times and never came to refill our drinks. Basically she took our order brought the food and we never saw her again.

Great service. Really like the food. Love the large bowl of salad that they bring, but it's just iceberg lettuce for the greens. Dinner plates avg $17.00 to 20 definitely a fair amount of food. They do have a full bar.

Vegetarian options: A lot of dishes have a choice to add meat or not.

Dietary restrictions: They did have a gluten free option i think.

Parking: On premises just north of the building. Gets packed.

Service from the beginning was awful and unprofessional. My family had a party of three and had to wait for more than 10 other parties were seated even though we arrived way before the others and it was not that busy and no mentioned of being short staffed. Until after we asked about a table we were told we weren't on the list but the lady who took our name said oh yeah u guys waited long enough. On top of that our waitress ignored our table but paid attention to her other tables. Luckily we got our meal before the salad/soup and during the entire meal we did not get refills. We asked to see the manager after our meal and she compensated our meal with take outs. But over I will not be going back to this location.
